The world is abound with dangers—you’ll need a friend by your side. We are partners through thick and thin. I have your back, just as you always have mine. Day 2: Fangs Spoiler Her shadow is but a wraith, stealing through the depths of the night. Her eyes are bright, like twin crescent moons upturned with rage. Her fangs shatter the light into a curling darkness that knows no name. Darling, dear, don’t prowl where the light haunts your shadow and snuffs your flame. Day 3: Decade Spoiler Adrift for what seemed like an eternity, you awoke on the hanging petals of the blossom’s cradle, disoriented and following the soothing tones of a long-lost guide. Years have passed since, but you, my friend, will remain a pillar of my awakening. A steady soul and a sharpened blade, deftly passing through our journey’s many twists—my first partner, Excalibur the Steadfast. Day 4: Crystal Spoiler Corridors were covered in it, forming eerie shapes that ghosted at our toes. The halls whispered of it, enticing and nightmarish all the same. Void-touched, void-bound—spare me from what awaits in those beautiful arms. My crystal queen, born of the sky, shatter them like the sparks that fly from your light. Day 5: Beetle Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to do this one... :( Day 6: Throwback Spoiler It was through the blanketed blur of my tears that I saw you for the first time, hunched under the haunted tree, tormented by the loss of your son, mourning the suffering you endured for centuries. It was through the same tears that I saw my little lady, the pride of my experience, kneel beside you, offering kindness and solidarity. Thank you for letting me into your world, for propelling me into my Warframe journey. You were the start. Day 7: Knives Spoiler A week ago, Limbo returned to the orbiter with a mangled arm. Six days ago, it was Limbo Prime, limping in with a bloody gash on his leg. Five days ago, Excalibur had to be hauled aboard by Hydroid Prime, unmoving. Four days ago, Hydroid Prime went down, taking a blow to the head. Three days ago, Gyre came in with a hole in her midsection, currents in disarray. Two days ago, Excalibur Umbra trudged into the cradle with the gait of a man haunted. Yesterday, I had to watch as the Operator collapsed in her chair, spent from trying to heal our many wounds. And today, I had to stay my hand as Styanax stumbled in bleeding and battered, crushed under the weight of keeping the system safe. Limbo cannot move his arm. Limbo Prime cannot walk without help. Excalibur still hasn’t woken up. Hydroid Prime has a concussion. Gyre is nearly dead. Excalibur Umbra spends his days in a daze. The Operator cannot find the strength to move. Styanax is running out of blood to lose. And I’ve been running ragged trying to heal the hurt my family has suffered. The hurt you dealt with cruel hands and a calculating gaze. Enough is enough. I am the protector of my blood and I offer you this ultimatum: meet me in the halls of the lost and prepare for your last. I am Trinity Prime, and you will perish by my hand. Day 8: Whisper Spoiler A memory, steeped in the hefty haze of remembrance battling with forgetfulness. It envelops with the embrace of a moment long lost to the past. A whisper of time, if you will, a note that doesn’t quite ring true. Who is she? And why does the shadow of her visage beckon me so? Day 9: Man in the Wall Spoiler You thought you could escape me, kiddo? You thought you could hide away from what you did? You made your choice. Now I have come for the price you paid. I will be your waking nightmare, the shadow at the edge of your vision. It’s just you and me now, kiddo. It always will be… Day 10: Orowyrm Spoiler Other me, other Liura…what did you fight that fateful day? What happened to you? I can’t help but wonder about it all. A flying beast and the child king; your emotions and what you suffered. I know now what happened—you fought them, fought yourself. And yet I find myself gazing at this portrait more and more often. That orowyrm, and that king… what really happened in Duviri? What are you not telling me, sister? Day 11: Inspire Spoiler My friends, my brothers and sisters and all in between, bleak seems the dawn that breaks the morrow. But I know that the suns that rise from the ashes shall crumble the prisons of our anguish. You are the mettle you seek to prove; you are the fire that burns in your forge. You are the sun, rising today and evermore. Take heart, and never back down. Day 12: Solidarity Spoiler We sit here together under the mourning tree, feeling, contemplating. The memories are still as fresh as the day they were woven, gasps of pain and flashes of solitude. You were alone then, but we are together now. As one, we will face the odds, no matter how despairing. And we will win. Day 13: Courage Spoiler Courage knows not of the fearless. It knows not of poise, grace, and elegance. Courage is when the shaking spear is launched through a volley of glares. Courage is when your last stand brings you to your knees, but not to the ground. The world bears down on you, but you throw your last spear nonetheless, and make that shot count. Day 14: Rally Spoiler Arbiters, hear my call! They will stop at nothing and no one to rend this reality to pieces, to send the innocent flooding back to a time of strife and danger. Day 15: Uplift Spoiler It has been a long time. A long time since your eyes fluttered open and you stumbled into a world torn once again by war and betrayal. You faltered; you fell. You ripped open wounds long thought forgotten. And yet you still rose. Battered and young, bruised and yearning. You took destiny in your hand and crushed it, revealing the maturity of your years. You grew up too swiftly. You suffered too much hurt. And yet you rise from the ashes like a phoenix, again and again. And among the stars that cradle your broken form, you sail. You take their golden essence and lay glowing seams among your many scars. The sea of stars is yours to sail. My little lady, my Liura. Day 16: Family Spoiler Awakening from a deep slumber, you were there. Soaring through the starchart, you were there. Facing the impossible odds, you were there. You are my star, my path, my resolve. Thank you for everything, Dazi. Day 17: Dedication Spoiler That was the trap, wasn’t it? It was me all along. All the pain, all the suffering, all the masks I wore that sought their retribution. My mask, my shield. But I am the sword that hides. You protected me from the whirlwind, and I found the strength to cleave it in two. No matter what, I will move. I will run. I will conquer the misery that fought us all. Day 18: Kaithe Spoiler A moment in the sky, gliding past the undulating colors of the world—it washed away everything. As we soar through the air or trod the worn path, I marvel. The moment that brought us together was awash in fiery passion—we were strangers, but I could feel that spark of friendship strike between us. Darling Seraphine, may you always rule the skies with your ethereality. Day 19: Cave Spoiler Shafts of light spiral through the cutting darkness. There is something there, a wriggling mass of reds, purples, and blacks. And perhaps a tinge of fuchsia? Every so often, something moves just a fraction, enough to be detected but not seen. It’s oppressing, this dark. It seems alive. And yet, something calls to my curiosity and I cannot help but answer. I hope it isn’t a mistake. Day 20: Spiral Spoiler A perfect spiral is something of an enigma, my dear friends. Where does it start? Where does it end? And perhaps the most important question of all: where does it lead? Well, time to find out. Foot forward, toes to the ground. Take your other foot and spin—spin like the hand that weaves the sky, like the rays that trace the earth. Spin my friends, and may your journey be wondrous. Day 21: Assassin Spoiler It only takes one shot. One true strike to snuff out your spark. Your life will be forfeit, you will be forfeit, simply blood for my hungry arrow to consume. Are you ready to give up what could be? To give up your piece in the puzzle? The bloodspark is hungry, and it yearns for the sweet trickle of your life. You will not see me; you will not feel me. Should you choose the path of resistance, watch your shadow. I will come for you. And you will be none the wiser. Day 22: Bombastine This one was a bust too. Just my luck with Acrithis never having that one scene... :( Day 23: Hunt Spoiler The odds are evened—the troop didn’t stand a chance against the two of us, my dear. But still we must hunt; the tyrant remains at large, hiding behind his army. We will force him out to the battle. And to do that, we must chase him down. Are you ready, Eunika? Ah, I shouldn’t have asked. Of course you are, my sweet nightmare. Day 24: Beard Spoiler One cannot be a pirate without a beard—it’s simply unheard of! Do you know how we raise a captain of a fine vessel? A bearded contest of strength and cleverness. The more fabulous the beard, the more captain one can become. And have you seen my beard? Gold-rimmed and woven with the rays of the morning light. Which means I’m the captain now. Good luck beating that, ya scallywag. Day 25: Hammer Spoiler The mist grows near, heavy with sorrow and the fog of the fallen. Swords are useless, guns even more so. The mist just reforms around them. A failure then. A shame. Is it, though? How come no one has even attempted the use of a hammer? No, it is not just a construction tool. And no, it certainly is not the size of my hand. It’s the size of my whole being! It’s got a sturdy staff with a slip-less grip and a head with the crushing power of the Profit Taker. Just imagine the shockwave it could generate when you spin round and round?! I’m telling you, the hammer (my hammer, actually) is the only way. Day 26: Mirror Spoiler A perfect copy, huh? Down to each individual strand of hair. The same accessories, the same outfit, even the same makeup! Is that just a reflection or is it something more? It’s a mirror, so there’s no reason it would be anything other than a light creation of me. And yet, what was that twitch of the eye? Why does her gaze look like it’s piercing into the deepest recesses of my mind? Is my reflection…smiling? “What in Void’s name is going on in here?
