I'd be hard pressed to vote for Warframe against... well almost any game with a story, real missions, real goals, real end game, and not stuck in beta for a year, probably gonna be two years. Warframe at first was cool cause it really was something with a different atmosphere, the creativity is all in the art and not in the gameplay imo.

Good news, none of the games left in the running have those things aside from a current beta label.

If we beat apb, we will also beat.... air-mech? I don't know what this is and how it got this far.

I dont think a lot of people play Airmech or the other one, only 3012 votes and it was open along with Warframe VS APB, right?

 

I know 1 think for sure: Planetside 2 will crush the opposition in the Rogue Division

Sad to see so much pessimism in a thread. Leading point of view against Warframe is the repetitiveness.  Nothing else seems to crop up against WF.  There's a lot of Warframe praise in there also.

Voted for Warframe.  Keep the fight going, Tenno.

Looking at the numbers, we're probably going to win our division, but probably lose overall.

 

(16) Ragnarok Online vs. (13) Mabinogi currently has 50k people voting on it. Ours(current and past) only ever had 10k total. So we're looking at ~5x as many voters from the winner of that as we have people voting.

 

But also take into account that many more people are likely to come back from other games/divisions to vote in the final thing. Either way, it wouldn't be so bad if we lost in the finals.

You pretty much reap what you sow.

 

I like Warframe and APB, however I like APB far more, just like Warframe theres no real endgame, but its still a very good PVP game to play and the customization is still unrivaled.

 

The infighting is because APB has been having lag issues(and others) for ages, theres barely any communication despite the new CM saying smt along the lines that we'll get sick of the massive communication with them but promptly failed to deliver.

In order to hype up the community again they did a lot of 50% sales, but every other issue is just 0 communication. Blog post has been postponed(We just never heard of it again) for 1month+ too.

 

Its the typical Publisher crap that you get, G1 wants to save money while ReloadedProduction wrongfully gets a lot of the heat.

 

Plus being repeatidly told by G1 Staff that the forum users only represent 15% of the pop and what we say we want is the opposite of what we actually want is just ridiculous.

G1 doesnt listen nor care, and looking at forum posts of older games that they no longer have just shows the same pattern repeating itself in every game they get their hands on.

 

Normaly Id have been hyped to get votes for APB, but theres just no motivation to support the company behind it.

 

 

 

 

I laugh at APB.

Tried it out. It's Pay 2 Win, and they have aim bots as a main population.

If you're not playing with friends as both cops & robbers, you're going to get screwed 11/10 times.

 

It does have nice customization.

 

But, WF is falling apart (for me), and I'm sick of the RNG-based loot system.

I prefer working for my rewards over gambling for them.

 

At this point youre just talking crap, currently theres no Pay2win in APB, the Nano was for a while but they nerfed it.

Theres no RNG-loot system either, APB is purely PvP theres no mobs to kill that drop things. Youre probably talking about the joker boxes which are RNG based, theyre something you can buy which gives you newer weapons but none of those are Pay2Win either, its your decision if you want to spend your money on something luck based.

And if you really wanna work for your rewards, then make money ingame and buy one of those shiny new weapons from the marketplace.

 

Also aim bots as main population is cute, obviously all free2play pvp games have a cheating problem, but after having played APB for 4years, I barely meet 1-2 a day.

 

Its okay if you wanna give your opinion on APB(even if it doesnt matter), just dont add so many lies to it.

I am just glad games like dcuo got defeated and didn't make it to semi finals at all. they are just lucky to be through because they only " attract " ppl to their latest contents and blah blah's membership, clearly showing that its a p2w game + devs in that game....are completely a fool who cared less of their playerbase, and only cared more with players buying membership and listen to them more than the ones who bought dlc's only.

 

Secondly, 70% of the game content in dcuo is " p2w " based only. There are so many freakin' stuff to get, so complicated, and yet, they careless to minimize the probs? Maybe but 90% not at all. I have seen players in that game, seeing the terrors of the game, or simply the community members who have been there since closed beta and open beta, are simply caring less of the playerbase, and more leaves. 

 

The community members in the forum maybe friendly, but ridiculous when they start opening their true selves, which i noticed when they kept saying that joining or creating a " league " ( its similar to clan, but you will need to buy membership just to create one ) would solve all probs. I noticed that they are also agreeing the fact, that without " paying " you are useless without it.

 

Thirdly, i even found one of the popular member from one of the popular leagues ,where the devs in that game has more interest on, had agreed to the fact that the community is " crap ", who responded to me.

 

If you guys have read the forums in that game, you probably notice that, they don't even support international forums at all, which they used to few yrs back, and many players in the community who are weak in english are feeling helpless or nearly hard to post in forums for feedback or anything.

 

And if you did post, they will simply  " negatively " react to your grammatical errors than reading your response and try to understand the pain. Which obviously i didn't ignore but agreed that the game is gonna die soon ( not WF obviously, i am talking about DCUO ). 

 

 

Any tenno here who has played for a yr or more in that game, should notice by now, or probably know it after you have left that game, you will feel that the pain has been gone from that game, whether you bought stuff or not just like i did that mistake, and wasted mine. I myself learnt a lesson, which i won't make that mistake again for sure. If you any of you guys are thinking to try that game, your gonna meet losses than gains. In my suggestion to anyone playing that game, just don't play at all and leave right away as early as possible. You may have somehow completed quite a lot of stuff but remember fellas, the Devs of DCUO maybe friendly, but only more to the membership players than free players, because you should know boy now if you have played quite a lot of months grinding to find a decent gear to survive the runs and finish them and unlock more stuff for skills and others, are simply impossible, without being a legendary member in that game. Which i am glad i didn't support for too long, since 60% of the community are negative members who follow p2w more than free and only think that its a good idea/way to support the game.

 

Well i am not sure why i even talked about that game, but since it's a competition, and everyone's talking about the games they have played were in showdown list, so yeah, this is my experience in that game ( this is just barely 25% of my final experience in that game, and if any player from that game, wishes to know further why i had left, i don't mind you asking about it, feel free ).

Agreed, I've only played a month, but I hit rank 155 in that time with the star 556 rofl, even the starter gun is good and I always played against golds as a gold. There's no pay to win crap nor I came across any aimbotters. People LOVE to judge something without having any time put into it and getting into the middle or far parts of the game. I voted for APB myself also, I love both games, but I'd have to go for APB as I am a pvper mainly myself.
