No doubt, but there is a major difference between, polishing and balance tweaks vs. flat out unfinished. from what we saw It was massive and just not ready. Well, nothing is predictable, though. We can only expect... Judging from what I've seen in that last livestream I know they are more than ready for the release, they're probably just being perfectionists about it.
