Rhino is up there cause he was my first frame, played him for a majority of my early hours. Warcry does a better job as an ulti if it boosted melee damage even more. Hysteria needs somethin, i dont know what it is yet but it needs somethin. I don't see anyone say Vauban (except one). And NOBODY (that I can recall from my quick scan of the pages) has said Limbo.
