If You Could Create A Mod Or A Set Of Mods, What Would They Be? \(*-*)/

Life Strike like Mod for the Guns 
 

Rifle Mod: Soul Drinker-    Rank 0, life leech by 0.5% of Dmg dealt

                                         Each Rank increases Life leech by 0.25% each time Maxing Rank 10 gives 3% Life Leech

 

Shotgun Mod: Devouring Shot-    Rank 0=1% Life Leech increased by 0.2 each rank maxing at 3% Life Leech, Rank 10 Mod

 

 

Pistol Mod: Blood Seeker-     Rank 0= 1% Life Leech increased by 0.2% each rank maxing at 3% Life Leech, Rank 10 Mod

 

 

Sentinal Mod: Summit of Life-   Replenishes the Health of your Warframe by Rank 0= 50 and increases by 25  each rank up to 10 ranks Maxin at                                                         300 Health, the amount increases by 0.5% for every 1% your missing Health your missing

 

Pure Hatred= Augment Mod for Hate increases Stalkers Hate Dmg by 400% at Max Rank. Base of 0% and each rank increases it by 40% each rank. Rank 10 Mod 
                         = Drop Chance of 0.001% Drop Rate on Stalker Kills 
                         = Primed Mod

                         = Only drops from Stalker level 50+

                         =Has 1 chance of Dropping per day for each Tenno

 

I want these kind of Mods :3

Mods that force all status procs to be of one given status as well as give bonus damage to the given element that is being affected. I really do want a 100% blast proc weapon to just knock down everything... Or set everything on fire or whatever.

 

Also a second augment for Cataclysm where enemies will be sucked towards the center of the rift for the first few seconds of the power's duration not unlike Vortex. Not only do you debilitate a cluster of enemies and they don't shoot you down while you're in the rift for a few moments but then you can just fire off your Tonkor/weapon of choice at that tidy little cluster of targets you now have.

 

Also a dead aim mod that isn't tied to a specific weapon. That would be cool too.

Pimred pressure point 

 

Magnetic Feet: Wall run farther (not sure how good this would be with pakour 2.0)

 

Effortless Casting: 20% power efficiency +some % power casting speed (nightmare mod)

 

Last Resort: On bleeding out, exploding in 20 meter radius doing 5k blast damage with guaranteed proc

Just a thought, what about a mod that depends on a stat but excludes other mod(s) for said stat?

For example, and I'm sure there are better ones.

Immolate

Provides up to 300% (max) of Armor in heat elemental damage aura (enemies within striking distance ~1 meter). Excludes the use of Steel Fiber.

Leeche

An aura of up to 300% (max) of health turned into toxic elemental damage. Excludes the use of Vitality.

Aegis

Aura that provides up to 300% of shield into electricity elemental damage. Excludes the use of Redirection.

Would do one for stamina, but you know.

- True Reach: Increase melee reach with an absolute value. So instead of +60%, like the current Reach mod, it would be +6m, for instance.

- Stable Combo: Increase the combo counter duration by 300% at max rank. This will reset the combo counter after 12 sec, instead of 3 sec.

- Decaying Combo: Instead of resetting the combo counter completely, after 3 sec. The counter will slowly decrease over time.

- Channeling Wave: Shoot energy waves while channeling.

- Perfect Counter: When you block at the right time, you'll perform a counter. Slashing up to 6 times from one enemy to the next by tapping melee key afterwards:

- Aerial Cast: Allows you to cast all the powers while airborne.

Melee Multislash. 120% multislash chance. Because melee weapons are weak compared to shoting weapons. Multiplier damage by doing combos doesnt mean anything. Because to get double damage you need to make 15 slices, and to get 2.5x multiplier you need to hit 30 times : /. Before you reach 15 slices you will kill the target or they will kill you. Shoting weapons doesnt have that problem.

Multishot/Multislash makes NO sense as a mod for melee.

 

Why not just buff pressure point if more damage is what you're after? Makes more sense.

3% Life leech? That's too much. Consider that most end game guns can do upwards of 20k DPS. 3% of that is 600 HP per second.which is a little less than many warfarmes with max vitality (740). You'd be fully healing yourself every second of damage you deal. TO Keep a mod like this balanced you'd have to reduce it by a factor of 10, or even 20. Something like 30 HP per second would be acceptable, so as not to encourage face tanking everything.

Shockwave

Only equippable with free weapon slot. Now attempting to switch to that weapon will execute a ground slam attack (like heavy gunner) with shockwave from heavy impact with cost of 20 energy

'Left Hand'

Unlocks an additional new combo on a stance where the frame starts by 'changing hands' with the weapon and does a reverse or other stylized combo (ie. allows any existing stance to get an extra melee combo)

 

'Underbarrel'

A double right click fires all remaining ammo in the magazine as a grenade which deals blast damage based on the combined total of the remaining ammunition in a 5 to 10m radius.

 

'L.O.S.' (Line Of Sight)

First shot in the magazine has +0.5 to +3.0m increased Punch Through

 

'Barbaric'

If the final swing in any combo hits and/or kills an enemy then you gain +5 to +30% melee speed for 5 seconds.

 

'Flechette'

5% to 30% chance that any bullet that strikes an enemy will splinter and bounce off in a random direction, doing normal damage to what ever it hits.

 

'Flip clip"

Reloading a completely empty magazine is 10% to 40% faster

 

'Life giver'

You gain energy and health at a vastly increased rate any time that you spend resurrecting a team mate.

Energy Transfer
Energy weapons (Supra, Dera, Quanta etc)
Each time you use your power, its base energy cost is added to your ammo in clip. It can exceed maximum clip size, but degrades overtime until reach maximum size.

Intuitive Aim
Primary Weapons 
Each time you hit target with your weapon, you get +5% to fire rate and +5% to reload speed for 15 sec. Stacks 20 times, duration refreshes with each apply, effect completely wears off with first miss. Multishots isnt affected by this mod in any way.

Reckless Assault
Shotguns (Corrupt)
Each level increases spread and damage falloff but greatly increases your damage on every meter between you and your target, inversevly proportional.

Fire Support
Primary Weapons
Each hit with your weapon permanently increases all damage dealt to a target for 50% (powers included) from all sources, except you. Effect doesnt stacks with itself.

 

Void Twisted

Warframe (Corrupt)

+50% power strenght, +100% maximum energy. You are unable to restore your energy by any usual means, and in addition, you energy slowly drained from you (more with more mod levels). Weak-point shots, style kills, chain kills and performing melee combos replenish your energy and stops it from draining for 5 sec.

 

Moving Target

Warframe

When you are performing acrobatics or in air, your accuracy increases for 55%, while enemies suffer 100% more accuracy penalty from your parkour.

Exalted Blade Augment-Enlightenment

 

While Exalted Blade is Active Excalibur's other abilities are enhanced but they cost double the energy to cast.

 

Slash Dash: Can now benefit from Stealth multiplier damage and also blind enemies around Excalibur once it ends.

 

Radial Blind: Now uses Radial Javelin's animation. On top of blinding enemies, it also launches 20 javelins that have no target and sunders enemy armor. These javelins do 1000 damage.

 

Radial Javelin: Now launches 40 javelins with no specific target, these javelins have 2m punch through (however cannot pass through walls), scale with melee mods and blind enemies around targets struck. (The blind does not open enemies to finishers)

 

Hysteria augment-Feral assault

 

Hysteria can be recast while active. Recasting makes Valkyr do a pounce in the direction of the reticle. If an enemy is targeted Valkyr will pounce to them, dealing 1000 impact damage and half as much in an 12m AOE, this AOE knocks enemies down.

 

Soul Punch augment-Death sentence

 

Soul punch now knocks down enemies around the targeted unit and marks them. Marks last for 10s, unafected by duration mods. If marked targets die within this time, they return as Shadows of the dead, these shadows inherit 50% of the enemy's stats and last for 15s, unafected by duration mods.

 

Warframe mod-Targetting receptors

 

While wall running and gliding your reticle will autolock onto the nearest enemy around it that is within 30ms of your warframe.
