Focus from my kills vs Focus from others' kills?

Let's say that I have a normal lens on my Warframe and 3 weapons, and I do an exterminate with 100 enemies.

If I kill all of the enemies myself, do I get more Focus than if I let someone else kill the enemies? That would be the case if I had gear without lenses, since part of the XP the Focus takes from goes to that weapon. But if everything you use is lensed, I'm not sure.

Please, someone help me with this.

Affinity and thus Focus gain from kills works like this:

- you kill something with a Frame ability -> 100% gain on your Frame
- you kill something with a weapon -> 50% Frame, 50% that weapon
- a Squadmate kills something -> 25% Frame, rest split evenly among weapons

So in short, if you have lenses on everything it doesnt matter. You get the same focus either way.

Lenses should be similr to norm, but tht sounds like leeching so dont do it. get your own.

you have to be in range of the squad mate to receive the XP. 50m i believe

To add to NinjaZeku's and ADirtyMonk's posts:

Total Exp/Focus is the same, the only difference is how it's split.

You can get 100% of shared Focus with just a lensed frame and a single equipped/lensed weapon.

but you can increase the reach if you have one of the Vazarin's passives (i believe that can increase 19 meters)
