The founders who started playing the game then deserve to have atleast one unique warframe in their arsenal that others dont have. Cause they supported DE by buying the pack when they dint have as many sponsors as they have today. Please stop asking the same thing over and over again for the love of god!!! NO EXCAL PRIME IS NEEDED!!! who even uses excal these days tbh (since RIP Draco) and also since saryn and other frames like banshee and nezha are also good and meta.
