Mysterious power cell in Grineer galleon tileset.

So I've been noticing this here power cell in the Grineer galleon tileset. Especially (if not only) during syndicate missions.

It only spawns here:

And it can be inserted here:

Does anyone have any idea as to what it does? I've tried inserting it a couple of times, and feel like I've checked every console, but it doesn't seem to do anything, and nothing activates.

Once you insert the power core, the door above the slot opens

It turns from yellow to green during that event.

There are 2 actually.  1 on top of the ship (if the ship launches it falls to where you picture it) And one at the very top of the room above the control room in the middle one of 3 structures near the ceiling.  Not sure why there are 2, there's only the 1 slot I know of.

 

The slot opens the door above it.  I have seen sabotage cashes inside that locked room before, but that's about it.

it should open that door directly above it.

If anyone finds out where to put the second cell, that'd be interesting to know. Since there are two cells in the room, and only one door you can use one on.

It's really only worth caring on a syndicate mission as they've taken to hiding marks behind that door now.

To also note that cephalon fragments can spawn in there as well. If these two are your goal, then this door you must know.
