To what weapon the Exilus mod damage is applied?

Question

Hi

I have the four Exilus Mod that add substabcial elemental damage to attacks when bullet jumping, for example firwalker adds 275% Fire damage on Bullet jump, one user was saying that this damage is done to the bullet jump itself, like everything you touch will be affected by this jump, like you are the bullet, but I find no logic, because it's a percentage so it need to have a base damage and from what I know bullet jump does not deal any damage and if it does then it should be a number like 600 fire damage because it's gonna be an specific number all the time but a percentage will depend and will be used on different base damages.

In the end the question is, to what weapon is this damage added? to all attacks or just to meele or main gun?

It is applied to the Bullet Jump indeed, as that player was saying. You can see that the jump itself does damage and procs when you use it, so it's pretty easy to figure out

Now, your question is pretty good, 275% of what? The answer would be that it has a hidden base damage to it, like 100 or 200.

It add 275% damages to the base damages your bullet jump do.

Unmodded, your bullet jump do 100 blast damages to surrounding enemis with 100% status. So, theses mods add 275 toxin/fire/cold/electric damages.
The mod description is weird and should show "+275 damages" instead "+275%".

but the only mod that affect the bullet jump damage will be this one so its pointless to add a percentage damage because if bulletjump deals 100 blast damage then will be for example 375 and will be a static value so why add a percentage value instead of static value?

It's easier when they want to change the damage of bulletjump.
