I was suspended for the following message: Before that I didnt really say anything relevant, unfortunately didnt screenshot it but I put a * before (without using any bad words), the last time I actually used the word "%&^" Is that really deserving a suspension from region chat? By the way I tried my best to find the right where to post it or contact ingame admins/mods but I just cant get to one. Please help me I dont know what to do :( (The clear,Fallensand under my text is from an admin it doesnt say the name though its weird...) Or did I say anything wrong before that? By the way, I read through the guidelines carefully and this is not a complaint, I rather want to know the exact reason for my suspension... Edit: Actually I remember, me and Markuskind were talking about guys extracting in survival missions and I think I said something like "And these * that leave when there are seconds left to the next 5 minutes" and I just put a star there. Dunno what the censored word was but keep in mind if others don't have their filter enabled they still see those words- and it makes your message seem more offensive.They don't ban for profanity unless it's blatant abuse; so I suggest not cursing at all going forward; if this is resolved. As stated though, only support can help you. (Though tbh my first attempt to use support they were extremely unhelpful; and a friend opened a ticket and they left it alone for like 2 weeks and then a bot auto closed it. Thank you, the censored word was "%&^", in my opinion, well im not a mod, its probably worth a kick if even... I didnt even get a message or anything. In this case, it seems to be the n-word, which gets censored to a single asterisk instead of several, like **** for f***. The n-word is censored even if you disable the filter afaik. I guess, I hope you know which word I mean, but I didnt even use it to offend anyone as I didnt use any name, and the person did most likely not see it because what I typed was from months ago. You can contact support but this could take days which is hardly worth it for 24 hour suspension. The easiest thing you can do is wait it out and learn from the experience.
