[TWW Spoilers] If specters exist, why...

....can't we have Warframes follow us when we prance around as Tenno?
(asking from lore standpoint, I know it's possible to code in, and probably will come eventually)

What are specters even? How are they different from a warframe on autopilot?

Just some showerthoughts I'd like to see opinions on.

Specters are like automatons made of NANO MACHINES, SON! Dumb AI that follow basic precepts.

Lorewise, Warframes are much more than that.

Gameplay wise? DE will probably give it the ability to move in Umbra (Wen Umbrah?) comes and dives into their nature.

Remember the evolution:

TSD: It falls down like a puppet without strings and considered not a threat (It cant be damaged).

TWW: It stands tall and is considered a threat (Can be damaged).

Umbra Quest will likely make it able to fight.

so far thats just a theory  discussed :/ 

 its   possible for them to add the specter AI to all warframes when in that mode , actually it would be fairly simple to do

as it stands umbras are an ever present shadow of mystery   ... and they are still developing the focus system 

still wish we could mod our operator D : 

also at the stands tall part our operator was in control 

, other factors like in silver grove though do give us a clue that warframes are more then they appear

You could always explain it as their weapon remains intact enough for us to gather it and reverse engineer it into a blueprint.

It was meant to be a joke .-.

 

I always find it to be hillarious seing a heavy gunner carrying a bp, some ammo, cash and health orbs pack on her back. Or a grineer manic with a giant bp scroll with ash labeled onto it.

The lore is well established, it's just hasn't given us all the secrets right off the back like any good book.

We're left guessing and speculating as it slowly drip feeds us making us want more.

Never read the Manga, just have a collection of 2500+ books I've read over the years.

Some good, some not so good. But the good ones are the ones that leave you wanting to keep reading to find out what that one thing is which just opens you up to even more things.
