Write down random handicaps (frames you don't like or don't play, dragon keys, mission types you are bad at,specific weapon or weapon type only, no focus powers, etc ) on pieces of paper. Put paper in a hat/bowl/box. Pull random handicap out and play. If that doesn't suit your fancy. Play another game, go outside, maybe learn parkour in real life.
