It's been like that since months, I hope they'll patch it sooner or later. Anyway, that entry cannot be completed at the moment, if you want you can scan the drones around the Rush mission targets to get ready for when it gets eventually fixed. Someone gave me a similar response in that it was orbiter drones in the Rush mission. I could scan them, but they did not light up like normal scannable objects/enemies do. Seems to be this one though, as it has the same shape than Nemes things & as it's called "Orbiter" in the mission. So it would perfectly fits between Nullifier & Oxium osprey.
