Maybe we get a very articulated model kit We can paint ourselves. Like a gundam model that ended up as a 6 inch figure. With the variant helmets and some choices of weapons. Then let us order kits of some of the other weapon sets as add-ons. Also syndanas, customized look kits. So you could make the figure look exactly like the one you play in game. Smaller buyer base, higher over head costs, and they don't have existing contracts with a model production company. Go look at WarHammer 40K figures.
