Due to Umbra being mod-limited, I cannot min-max for range, duration, or other whacky builds. Yes, I can do that with vanilla Excalibur, but knowing we can have a Dexcalibur, I feel like it's a waste. Therefore, I still want me a Dexcalibur, a Warframe whose value is in between that of Vanilla Excalibur and Excalibur Prime/Umbra (for founder's fairness' sake).
