  1. The Avalanche Offencive is... well... Disappointing. We were hoping Dual Stat Freeze mods and a Freeze Ray weapon. But... We got absolutely nothing but a 3-Days affinity booster? Really DE?

Man that sort of big event stuff will probably come with the sneak preview of the new ice-tileset they are working on in a few weeks or whatever. And probably with a new game mode that will be tied into the tileset with it's full release of U15 in 1-2months.

It literally worked this way ever since Cicero Crisis.

    - Show off concept art for a new tileset on devstream

    - 6-8 weeks later there's a big event with a sneak peek of the new tileset and a new game mode + Dualstatmod + Vandal/Wraith Weapon

    - 2-4 weeks later the new big Update hits.

    - rinse&repeat

  2. Yupp works... You could even replace the "extended hallways" with the shorter hallways and the reactors would still fit because the Reactors aren't as big anymore as they used to be. Because Shorthallway+T-connector+Shorthallway = 2 full lengths and 2 Reactors use exactly that space when placed back to back.

Update: I guess there's a something like 100 rooms or so before you hit the cap... stated on Wikia.

  3. There was a bug with the challenges some time back and a lot of progress have been reset. This means your revives and ciphers went back to 0 and you were unable to complete any challenges or get any progress either. It SHOULD be fixed now, not sure tho. Earth's Boss should be Vay Hek, found with the Triangulator built with beacons gained from Ceres.

Well it's not fixed. It's far from being fixed. ^^

Half of the challenges are still broken for me. For example I can't complete the following no matter what and half the time they get reset to zero for unkown reasons when I'm halfway to the end or nearly to completing them:

    - Cheater of Death (Even it is completed on Steam... ingame it got reset to 0 a few minutes ago even I had nearly 800 revives this morning. It's really annoying and I feel like "f*ck this" already. I guess I won't go for that challenge anymore... because probably I won't be playing the game as long anymore to get another 1000 revives. xD

    - Dark Sector achievement got reset as well

    - Mercenary... doesn't complete as well even I've made at least a million credits out of the Invasions in the past 2 weeks

    - Savior of Earth (Ok there's no boss and if the new Vay Hek bossfight should count well then it is bugged because i "killed" him 3 times already and it didn't count)

    - Shield Saver... I ran the counter at least 5 times over and it didn't recognize it as being finished. And some melee weapons don't count at all... like for example Silva&Aegis don't count for that (literally stand there blocking a group of Grineer for 10 minutes... did not recognize a single bullet as being reflected in the stats)... while both my Skana and Skana Prime do count but it starts over from zero once it hits 1000.

    - Without a Hitch didn't count as well when I last did an interception and pwned the grineer to the ground.

The challenges are just buggy as hell. ^^

  4. Very good post.  I agree and you made me think of something that contradicts my original idea.

DPS loss.  Overall, you may suffer a DPS loss.  Depending on how well you can theorycraft, if you make things like serration, slpit chamber, status chance, etc...all auras, then that means only one of them can be used at a time meaning if you use serration, you wont be getting multishot via splt chamber.  This has impacts into late game...

    Curious line of thought though.

If they were made "auras" with only one active at a time then DE would have to scale down all the enemies accordingly so the challenge remains the same. Self explanatory.

If all the stuff like Serration/Split Chamber/Speed Trigger would be removed entirely... it would mean pretty much the same: Enemies need to be scaled down.

No matter which idea/proposal we would pursue if any at all the enemies would need to be scaled a bit to reflect the changes.

  5. IF it isn't broken don't fix it.

    /thread

There's a problem with the current system. The current system provokes DPS hogging and Powercreep.

As much as DE would wish this isn't the case and that it is our own fault for being so narrowminded but the bitter fact is: basically they throw in Enemy Levels and Game modes that require you to have all those damage mods because otherwise the enemies just laugh at you. So you don't have a choice but to mod exactly for damage and skip out on all the other mods.

It isn't as much of a problem on the star chart though, but still nobody would ever go without Serration/Hornetstrike or Split Chamber/Barreldiffusion and so on because it would make things much more difficult without them.

Ive said put these automatic damage mods(serration, hornet strike, etc) into an aura slot on the weapon...free up the spot.  No need to refund anything.

Could work WHEN... there's at least a "virtual" choice that has to be made.

For example for rifle-auras you could have to choose between:

    • Serration
    • Split Chamber
    • Speed Trigger

One of those three. And they should theoretically be interchangeable in means of DPS so that none of them really stands out DPS wise. What I mean with that is:

    • Serration: Let's say it gives +100% damage per shot. Say this is the base. The aura is interesting for guns that have normal rate of fire but don't profit of Proc's as much. Which is the case for most rifles.
    • Split Chamber should give you +100% damage as well, but spread out to 2 bullets instead of one. This could be interesting for Status Chance related guns as each bullet would have it's own chance of proc'ing which is probably interesting for guns like the Grinlok.
    • Speed Trigger should give +100% damage but thanks to doubled rate of fire obviously...  This could be interesting to slow firing guns to speed things up, like for example Ogris.

This would still lead to some weapons being better fit to accomodate one of the three, but at least the mods would be out of the way and you'd have to make at least a decision for what could be the "best build" for each weapon much like elementals work. With the elementals you have at least to put in some thought as well.

    Same goes for Sidearm-auras:

    • Hornet Strike: Would add the singleshot damage much like Serration.
    • Barrel Diffusion: Would spread the additional damage out to 2-3 bullets increasing the chance to proc.
    • Gunslinger: Would work like Speed Trigger but for slow firing sidearms.

One could argue that Crit.Chance could be handled the same way so that snipers might profit of those and that you've to choose between for example Point Strike OR Vital Sense but not both at the same time. That virtually gives you the choice for weapons like the Synapse for example that already have great Crit. Chance to either go and push the crit chance further or live with the existing chance and push the damage per crit. But that's something in-depth.

The problem will always be that at some point we have to limit the Physical/Elemental mods to have a maximum of 4 at a time equipped otherwise people would just use 8 elemental mods and still not care about any reliability/utility.

The problem there is... that system is crippled when it comes down to Melee weapons. Because there we already have the stupid stances that don't give any damage benefit at all. What to do there? Because there are still Pressure Point and Fury that are used on every melee weapon and could be considered as "mandatory" as well.

  6. lol #manhunt2

    Exactly. :P

Most other AO rated stuff is only AO rated because of sexual content rather than because of ultra bloody/gory content. But I guess if Warframe would reach that rating some of the Rule 34 guys will also kick in and demand sexual content even I would not like to see that. It's enough what I have seen on various strange fanpages already. Can't unsee most of the stuff. :/ xD

  7. Hate to break it, but you sound like the kind of guy who doesn't like to play old games, simply because it's old, or doesn't stand up to modern games.

People play old games to this day. UT'99 has servers up. Halo:CE is thriving on PC. AvP 2000 gets played a lot as well. As long as someone is given the means to make a game last, it will last. WoW will die. But guess what? People have the means to make private servers for it. As long as someone wants to host one, it'll still be playable.

Think of it this way. If Warframe was never F2P, but was a game you could just buy for $60, would it still exist, 10, maybe 20 years from now? Most likely yes. Would it get updated however? Probably not. Would it have the content it has now? It might, either as DLC, or patches spanned out very far apart.

You are wrong about that assumption that I don't like old games. In fact I love old games more than all the new low quality crap that gets spit out nowadays.

I'm still turning on my SNES every other day with Metroid, Castlevania IV, Ghouls 'n Ghosts, Super Mario World and all the classics. Or take on a few rounds of Classic Doom on Steam.

I like nearly all games that got made until 2004. That's when sh*t started to hit the fan and quality steadily dropped to the level we are currenlty on with all the Yearly releases, Season Pass, DLC, Microtransaction, (Open) Beta and what not stuff just because Publishers/Developer tried to target a broader audience who don't care about quality but rather want to be entertained.

The problem with games like UT99 is that the Master Server is firstly still hosted by Epic Games and even if it weren't somebody would probably easily find a way to edit the files containing the Master Server IP to route it to a custom community Master Server.

But looking at all the complex server infrastructure that's behind modern F2P games like Warframe that's a whole different story because the community master server would need to be able to emulate ALL the stuff that the DE servers currently do and that's not just a simple list with available dedicated servers the community hosted all along like is the case with UT servers where the Master Server that is only collecting all the individual servers was hosted by Epic.

So I guess if DE doesn't want to host the central servers anymore it's basically finito even if much of the networking within a game session between players is P2P. The account databases and stuff like that are stored at DE. All the random stuff happening on the Starchart etc is controlled by the DE servers. You literally can't make any change in the game client without the DE servers taking notice and saving the progress. The only thing the community could do then is beg for the server stuff to be released to them so they can try and botch around with little to no success without all the hardware and infrastructure tools.

And I also doubt that DE will release that stuff in the first place because of various legal issues they would have to overcome first.

  8. Realisticly, they can't keep sending out continous updates. They're people. They might some day decide enough is enough, or go to a new project, but keep Warframe updated less and less, until it's not even an afterthought. Mind you, I'm not speaking ill of DE, or the game, just it's an unrealistic idea/dream/demand. Everything has to end somewhere. Only thing is will it's end be a farewell forever, or will the game be handed to the community, to be played as long as Steam, or players exist?

If DE gets to work on mod-support or even make the game opensource then it might happen that the playerbase continues if there's still a playerbase left then. The more closed up the stuff is the harder it will be for the playerbase to keep it going because of major bugs that are in the engine itself which can't be fixed without changing the underlying source code.

For example I'm watching the SimCity 4 modding community very closely and even they sometimes continue to impress me they have pretty much reached the limit of what they can do with some stuff because they can't change some of the serious flaws that never got fixed by Maxis and without the source code the modding community can't fix it themselves.

But realistically I think that people will become sick of the game/whole genre at some point as people always get sick of stuff after being stuck with something for too long. Stuff evolves and people live on. And this will be especially true if nearly every possibility has been implemented to the game so that it has become a washed down WoW clone. Not even WoW is doing well anymore and is losing players in masses after 10 years. So eventually I guess there won't be anybody left playing the game or only a really dedicated minority.

I mean it will become gradually more and more difficult to lure new people into something that's a dead horse and the people who are still into it stop caring over time and devote themselves to something new or... in the worst case die away.

  9. WARFRAME 2

I guess something like that will never happen or only in a far off future where most of us won't be playing games anymore.

I guess Warframe will either be shut down and that's about it... or they won't shut it down and pump it up with continous updates eventually even upgrading the underlying Evolution Engine to a new iteration to make things possible the current iteration can't for various reasons. And then shut it down when the playerbase is like reduced to a few thousand active people.

That is if Warframe stays in DE's hands and DE is staying indie and as ambitious as they have been during the past year.

Eventually the game will be shut down because of lacking interest into the genre. That's probably when DE will have begun working on another non-warframe-related project because something warframe-related wouldn't sell at that point anymore, otherwise they would have been able to keep Warframe going.

Probably they will revive the brand 50 years later when the genre is getting attractive again but I guess I won't be alive then.

  10. That was part of my proposal. The "mods" are innate, but you still have to rank them up with fusion cores. Any proposal that removes the usage of fusion cores simply reinforces the idea that perhaps this is just a ruse to avoid having to rank R10 mods up.

Okay now I know which way the wind is blowing. You are concerned about all that friggin fusion cores that went into a redundant R10 mod and the virtually prolonged gameplay resulting out of this. People who are trying to avoid ranking that stuff to 10 will buy that stuff on the trade channel no matter what anyways because that kind of player is normally pretty impatient when it comes down to grinding stuff.

Also as Alphafox said... there are other R10s (Heavy Caliber f.e.) and there are possibilities for other R10s.

DE might as well instead of removing those mods (Serration/Hornet Strike) change them to another conditional damage mod or with trade-offs (Similar to Heavy Caliber) instead so people still have something they can work towards if they like. But at least they shouldn't be just +% damage and that's it.

Some might argue though that they wasted a lot of credits/cores on a trade-off mod they might not even want to use... so I guess a Legendary Core as refund works quite well. Numbs the feeling. At least it did so for many people back when they nerfed Steel Charge.

  11. I'm talking about the content. Constant nerf-hammering and continual whining that weapons are overpowered when they are fully modded hurts the weapon for users of non fully modded weapons.

How is it hurting users with non fully modded weapons when something like Serration would get slip-streamed into the weapon itself that scales up while the weapon levels up?

Or better yet... the Enemies could be scaled down to consider/reflect the removal of mods like Serration/Split Chamber. So basically the mods would be gone and you wouldn't feel a difference but rather we would have 8 free slots instead of 6.

That's technically not even a nerf but a rescaling because the difficulty would remain the same.

When you're able to do such a rescaling without actually changing the difficulty then you know you had a redundant gameplay part that wasn't necessary at all.

  12. Heavy Caliber already does that. If you use Heavy Caliber on Paris Prime, Dread, or Latron Prime, or on any ranged precision weapon for that matter, you are not taking full advantage of their true damage potential through headshots.

The effect is only barely noticeable for me and I've a maxed-out one just because I love the Ignis. But for the sake of curiosity I put it on my Grinlok as well as some others... and I pretty much didn't notice any difference. I rarely missed a headshot or only as much as I would miss them without using Heavy Caliber. At least I didn't feel like I have to force-counter the effect in anyway. Pretty much felt like Serration 2, but I stopped using it on other weapons apart from the Ignis because of the mod costs. xD

That said I'm not as much as a DPS hog as I used to be when I started playing Warframe. So that's why I can easily live without all the extra damage... because it's not needed on the Star Chart anyways and it only comes in handy when doing long Survival/Defense runs.

So my review about Heavy Caliber is: The thing should be much more punishing. It should be literally a gambler's mod with like 50% chance of the shot not hitting even if you are dead-centered. It should make your rifles feel like you are using a Shotgun but with only 1 bullet that sprays all over the place and maybe interesting for crowd control. ^^

  13. Ah, "illusion of choice". As soon as you replace those damage mods, something else will be "necessary" and you'll be right back here complaining about the "illusion of choice". This is the result of shallow foresight; the next thing along in build priority will also be in the same situation, and then the next, on and on and on.

This is what I like to call the "illusion of revelation".

You are right about that to some extend... there might be another mod that becomes "mandatory" after removing said mods.

The problem there is... stuff that only increases damage but has no tactical value/trade-off attached shouldn't exist in the first place. They only provoke DPS hogging.

For example... If stuff like Serration, Split Chamber and Speed Trigger wouldn't exist then the next in the line would probably be Elementals.

But those have one major difference from the first three mentioned damage mods: Their effectiveness is depending which faction you are opposing... so you have to put a thought into what you are using and in which combination.

Though I would suggest limiting the maximum number of physical/elemental damage mods you can have at a time to 4  and the other 4 slots would become utility slots out of the box because there's not much else left that could push Damage other than fast hands, magazine warp or all the corrupted mods and they only increase reliability rather than straight damage. Something that utility is supposed to do.

Same applies to Heavy Caliber for example. You may use that to increase the base damage, but the spread of some guns should be SO ugly that you start wasting so many bullets and thereby ammo that you may reconsider using it in the first place.

The only other way to stop people to solely rely on damage boosting mods is basically if adding more and more damage would have a diminishing return (a logarithmic curve or something) and/or a punishing effect (like for example increased chance for your weapon to jam) so that you have to balance your weapon out and probably remove some of the damage mods so your weapon becomes reliable again.

Basically there has to be made a trade-off somewhere to make "Build Variety" a thing.

  14. 1. What sparked/kept my interest in the game:

    • The different Art and fast paced Gameplay that set it apart from the other generic F2P and WW-shooter crap out there. I came from games like the UT/Quake/Doom franchise so... killing stuff fast always has been fun for me.
    • The continous development and addition of new content. Like weekly new reinforcements... but well... thanks to people who wanted DE to slow down I don't feel like playing this much anymore because I've caught up with DE's release cycle and hit the limit earlier than I thought I would.
    • The mod system. Somehow that got me hooked the most back when I started.
    • The events every now and then to drive the story a bit further so we can live the development of the Warframe universe.
    • The close relation of DE staff to their community. I always like to watch Devstreams... That said the past months they have become pretty walled in when developing new stuff. They never involve the community as much anymore and then they wonder when people don't like it when they shelve new stuff because they never asked us in the first place. Guess the Developer Workshop is more and more getting misused for marketing stuff retrospectively when they are already implemented rather than looking on current development. Nothing wrong with coming up with new ideas and trying to surprise the playerbase but sometimes involvement of the community early on would have prevented some fiascos lately.

    2. The biggest additions/changes that I enjoyed:

    • Addition of new weapons/warframes (they always give me something to do)
    • New planets/tilesets ... Always like the explorafun.
    • Boss reworks
    • The Corpus/Grineer language... I somehow like it even I miss classics like "Combat formation bravo" or "stay close to the wall" or "leave my mother out of this". xD
    • Addition of the Dojo and the change to the new design (hated the old one for not being able to do some layouts)
    • Damage 2.0 adding "elemental resistance"-variety to the game forcing you to adapt to the opposing faction
    • Re-introduction of the Infested to Eris with U14 (I was pretty upset when they got removed with U11 in favor of the random Outbreaks)
    • The playership (but the UI taped on top of it is still a mess)
    • Shared mods between Warframes and Weapons... I remember back when we had to remove mods from a Weapon/Warframe to use it for another one. It was UGLY. Thanks that got changed to a shared system
    • Stacked mods for duplicates (oh boy)
    • The new squad management system... thankfully the squads not being disbanded anymore after key-missions
    • The keys being added to the starchart as long as you have some. I hated the key-selection menu from pre-U14.
    • Mostly other quality of life improvements that made progress and usage easier rather than crippled

    3. Features that should have been kept/improved or never been introduced:

    • The darker feel of the game used to have in the beginnings. I miss it.
    • Removal of some game modes like Raid when we could have all of them and things would have been more spiced up
    • Removal of several tiles in various tilesets and thereby making levels more repetetive rather then varying
    • Charge attack in favor of a mediocre channeling-system and overall that they went for timed-combos in Melee 2.0 rather than key-combos. I hate timed combos. Smashing E EEE EE in a stupid manner is the best they could come up with? I can do that with Quick Melee as well and don't have to remember anything.
    • Introduction of direct PvP instead of indirect PvP (like stop-watch/time-attack stuff like used in Return to Castle Wolfenstein) in a game that's so massively unbalanced and thereby locking out people who don't want to participate in direct PvP. Also that they don't want to carry over any balancing for the PvE because balancing is needed there badly as well.
    • Introduction of a generic pet like the Kubrows, something every MMO has when Sentinels are clearly superior and more unique to the style of Warframe in every way. The pathing of the Kubrows in parcoured tiles is ridiculous and they only attack when they feel like it, as well as their upkeep, long switching times and various other things are just turning me off.
    • Introduction of the new Star Chart with U14. Should have stayed with the old one. Also the lack of a quick-access bar on top of each window, because I hate it to navigate through the menus and I'm tired of running physically up to each console on the Liset when I've got no time for that.
    • Introduction of Infested Ancients having a grapling hook. I hate that thing. It makes solo play completely unbalanced and just a "Hit-4-to-win"-spamfest because weapons become totally unreliable when swarmed by a dozen of Ancients pinballing and teabagging your Warframe.
    • The lack of improvement on parcour... well there's a big thread by Aure7 in the animation-feedback subsection covering most of the stuff I'm unsatisfied with.
    • The lack of interest on the side of DE to balance all the crap like Warframes/Weapons and Mods to something reasonable until a majority of players complains all over the forum for several months. They always introduce new stuff with random numbers to "test" stuff but never really tweak it afterwards and the trend is to release always more powerful stuff down the road so the older stuff gets pretty underwhelming fast creating even a larger gap in balance and more complaints about how unbalanced things are becoming. I understand that they often don't have the time to balance everything but if they don't then they should hire somebody that's dedicated only to balancing all the crap and has nothing to do with development of new additions. The longer they wait the more difficult it will become for a much needed overall rebalance.

There are also a lot of other stuff I could add to both things I like or dislike... but I guess the mentioned ones always come to my mind first lately and always seem to change over time with new updates and new development priorities.

  15. I think a year ago or something DE said during Livestreams that more slots might happen in the far off future... but we have come a long road ever since and they might have changed their mind about adding more mod slots. Also back then something like Damage 2.0, Melee Stances and all the new mods and other stuff didn't exist.

Adding more slots to the weapons wouldn't be a good idea anyways... because they would end up being used for the same crap over and over: Damage mods.

Why would anyone ever want to slap anything different on their weapons other than more Elemental/Damage mods?

More slots would only work if they were fixed in their usage. Like having Offensive, Defensive, Reliabillity and Utility mods or something like that. And those categories shouldn't be changeable... Otherwise it would make no difference from what we have already.

    10003620_304598783029369_344471263_o.png

One of the mock-ups I made back 8 months ago... which would change the mod polarities to correspond with one of the categories rather than being able to be put everywhere.

    Like for example:

    V=Offensive

    D=defensive

    Bar=Type=Utility

    and so on.

Of course many mods would have to be rebalanced for that to work out and that's something DE is bad at.

Polarizing a slot wouldn't change the polarity of the slot anymore but rather half the mod-cost on that slot.

Grey slots would be unlocked by Super-forma or whatever if they would ever be needed at all.

Having stance mods on the weapons also changed some things in the way I mod my Melee weapons. I don't use the stances for doing all the moves... because honestly I hate timed combos (I'd have been in favor of Key-combos like Attack+Block, Attack+quick-melee, quick-melee+block etc. triggering different moves rather than pressing EE EEEE E or some stupid crap like that). No I use the Stances because they make me Forma my weapons less often. I haven't forma'd a melee weapon in ages because it's not needed anymore.

Also the polarization system is screwed ever since they released all the elemental/status-chance mods. All of them have V-polarity... I literally have nothing but V-mods on my weapons. Every weapon not having V-polarities by default are a direct slap in the face by DE because I don't believe they don't know about the major polarity-shift that happened in the past months.

That said once you polarized a slot you should have a way to change that polarity to another if you don't like it anymore without having the need to re-forma it all the time. Forma'ing stuff 10 million times when there are like only 8 slots is just bullcrap. Just forma a weapon 8 times and after that the weapon is completely unlocked and you can change all polarities around the way you like it without the need for a 9th forma.

Back in the days I made a lot of proposals and mockups for different ways to overcome the limitations and problems of the current Mod system but they went all to the archives without ever being considered, mostly because DE doesn't think there's anything wrong with the current mod system. They say it's up to you what you are using and it's your own fault when you limit yourself to dps-builds. But then again they throw enemy-levels and endless-defense modes into the game which force you to go for some power/damage builds over the usability.

Point is... it's near to senseless to debate about it because DE doesn't feel there's a problem or need for such a thing.

  16. what if the tenno high council's a myth and lotus is just secretly ruling over her slave army of tennos?

the way she talks about the "sacredness" of tennos makes her sound like some sort of cult leader.

That's how it is anyways. The way she keeps the secret of our past away from us she's enslaving us for her purpose because there's literally no other option for us Tennos anyway.

    • The Grineer hate everything not Grineer
    • The Corpus want to study our guts
    • The Infested don't negotiate
    • The Civilians think of the Tenno probably the way Civilians do in the Star Wars saga during Episode IV: "some freaks using some antique space magic" and therefore don't want to be involved in our crusade rather than to be left alone.

So where else to go other than following the Tenno/Lotus cult?

If we would know more about our past that would probably give us a reason to reject her leadership and follow our own paths and form our own societies.

  17. I know its a joke, but its the kind of thing where people will see the OP and freak out.

True... But wouldn't be much of a problem if OP or a mod would change the thread title to:

"Steam Client Bug saying Warframe has to be purchased"

Or something like that, rather than the inflammatory "no longer f2p" which isn't true anyways. ^^

  18. Guys this is fake please don't feed the fire of rumors.

You also realize that if there is a deal with PWE is going to be about publishing Warframe in China right?

You do realize that I made a joke and I'm pretty well aware that it's a bug on the Steam client what OP refers about? I can't start the game because of it getting stuck in the "scanning for game"-popup... ^^

And about the PW thing... nobody knows anything and we probably won't know until one of the companies makes an official press release anyways.

I guess if DE doesn't make the announcement this week then PW will make an announcement next week (17th/18th?) because then they will release their quarterly finance report or something as far as I've read when googling about the PW/DE thing a few days ago.

  19. EA....is that you?

Haven't they surpassed the old days of butchering a game with countless unsubstantial DLCs and brought us the new cutting edge top-hit called "Season Pass" and next up their sleeves is the full-abo-subscription "EA Access" with games coming in a "Vault"?

    http://www.ea.com/eaaccess/

I guess that's the vault DE was always refering to in the past... ^^

    Plot-twist! [/sarcasm]

  20. If it is then that means it's coming out of Open Beta... and we all get a prize :D

Yupp... and the price is you've to pay 50 bucks for the full title or all your Open Beta progress gets deleted within a 30 day period. xD

Joke... It's actually 50 bucks for the naked game with Excalibur, Volt and Mag with your Skana, MK1 Braton and Lato and a hundred of 10€ DLCs for all the other Weapons and Warframes

  21. I actually have no sense of the system at all now, personally. Got a clan n00ble now, and he keeps asking these impossible questions like "how do I get to saturn?", and I haven't the faintest idea what to tell him, and instead we just randomly punt a few bosses and hope for the best. I have had to use the phrase "I don't know" more times in the 4 days since the kid joined our clan than I have in the last several years of my life before then.

    Pretty much.

One guy that's not as much online in my clan went back to offline the second he couldn't figure out what mission leads to the next even WITHIN a planet... not to speak of what planets are connected.

They are so proud about that damn ring that they are blind to its obvious flaws. Once again it feels like they haven't read into the official feedback thread for at least 1.5 weeks or something.

I hate to say it, but sitting and thinking of, "What would be the best way to handle the star chart?" and filling in ideas, it ends up looking remarkably like the one we had to begin with, with no intention of trying to get there.

Same feeling. They should revert the Star Chart navigation back to planets being placed in spirals orbiting the sun with Solar rails connecting the various places so you get an idea what planets/moons lead to each other. Feels much more natural this way, doesn't waste as much space and is much more flexible for future additions rather than crowding an already overcrowded ring with even more stuff.
