There is a place for advertising your clan on the forums.
EDIT: But if you need some actual advertising advice, I'd go with the amount of research your clan has completed, the amount of members, and how active those members are. Maybe a bit on what the dojo's like to.

Well, I guess you're right. I've seen a few basketball games, maybe I'll try out for the NBA draft next year.
Sarcasm aside, Mastery Rank has never been a measure of skill, and it's not intended to be. It's a measure of the size of your arsenal, or at least the variety of weapons/warframes/etc. that you have experience with, and your ability to choose the right loadout for the situation. The tests are fine for what they are, and very few of them are "too easy." Most people couldn't do them on the first try going in blind. If you practice them and bring the right equipment to make it easy, then yeah, it's easy, but that's the whole point - going through your arsenal and choosing the right tools for the job. THAT is what Mastery Rank is about.
Except I also play basketball daily.
But my opinion is that MR should not be just about the tools, but about the player's ability to use them. Currently, you can pick the tools, but there's no real challenge when using the tools. Admittedly, this is kinda how Warframe is structured, you know, giving that massive player power fantasy. But you should still have to put in more effort than just choosing Valkyr and turning invincible for the MR22 test. If anything that should be around MR13.
As Thanatos said, however, this all doesn't matter to much. I also agree strongly with the 'Only view MR in your profile' part, because that would cut down on confusion drastically for new players.

Yeah, because watching someone else do it is just like playing it yourself.
Dude. It's not that hard to judge the difficulty of something from seeing it.

Erm, if you're only MR12, how would you know how difficult any of the MR14+ tests are? AFAIK, in Simaris's Sanctuary you can only play the ones up to your current MR +1.
Youtube.

Calling for harder MR tests doesn't really make sense when you also state that MR has no correlation with skill.
Also, the current ones use a range of basic "skills" such as parkour, stealth, weapon types, etc.
Let me re-phrase that. It doesn't have a correlation with skill currently. It could, if the tests were re-done properly.

no (Are you talking about beefing up the currnet ones or making the ones to come harder? Because if it's beefing up the current ones...) no
I'm talking about completely doing some of the later ones over completely.

So we all know MR doesn't mean skill. If that's news to you, MR doesn't mean skill. I've seen MR 17's with super low playtime who didn't know who the void-trader was.
That being said, I've a MR12 who's been playing since 2013. I'm only MR12 because I'm honestly more of a "OMG SPACE NINJA" person than a grinder. Throughout my Warframe experience, I've encountered multiple people complaining that the MR# test is to hard. I always viewed this as strange, since all the tests I've taken up to this point are yawn-worthy. So I decided to look at the tests, thinking that they actually get harder, and they don't. Here's a list of MR tests I consider appropriate for the level of experience/skill that MR presents.
MR22(If you don't have an invincibility frame.)
MR19(But just barely. Highly debatable)
MR24(Have to have the main quests completed, and fairly hard.)
I hear complaints about the MR23 test, but while it's unique, you just need to mod for speed.
And that's the list.
Honestly, if MR is going to hold more weight, we're going to need some new tests.

This being the second thread I've seen where console players are complaining about this, so I can say that this probably needs to change.
-
If you're asking about it because you linked your Twitch account, but didn't get the cape, it's because PoE hasn't dropped yet. You'll get the loot when it does.
If not, DE should have a list of linked accounts, and if it glitches, it would probably be widespread. So you don't have to much to worry about.

That'd be nice. But I don't see it happening.

But what if the Equinox I wave to is a spring Equinox?

There are alredy missions that hav this problem neptune already has area in the mission that requires players to use the arcwing, so seperating the warframe and arkwing button layouts would alow players to remove buttons that are non essential to arcwings like the ineract , crouch, and reload while alowing players to put buttons where they ar able to use the arcwing more effectively like the l1 r1 for up n down l2 n r2 for melee n guns and the rge face for powers. If you sit with a controler in your hamd you can tell that it would fell better, it would. Alow for maximum mobility with easyer access to powers and guns
Ah, so we're talking about consoles. I can't speak for consoles, but I can say it would be rather pointless on PC. And for people who play with controllers on PC, maybe there could be an option for that. I'll leave it to the people who play with controllers.

But with the plains comming soon it would help alot of players. And encourage them to use arcwins,
However i may not understand what you mean could you elaborate?
Edited last comment.
With plains I could kinda see it, but given that the Archwing isn't exclusive to the plains, I still disagree.
-
I don't think that would be the answer to Archwings.
In GTA you can get out of your vehicle. In Warframe Archwing missions, that ability is not available to you. You can on submersibles, but it has no were near the kind of gameplay that GTA provides. Archwings need a redo, but this wouldn't help.

So it's not always active? But there's always goodies in there which makes it even more frustrating. I've never seen these doors open or close and I've done that mission a ton of times.
Yeah what Clats say's is true. Sometimes it'll be active, and sometimes it wont. The only way to know is if the gate is up.
-
Once you step on the pressure plate, the door will start closing. You need to race across the entire room before the door on the other end closes.

It's Baro. he comes to sell you either top-tier loot, or Primed Disappointment. You'll need to stock up on Orokin Ducats, which can be obtained by selling Primed Parts at the relays. And a fair amount of credits.

I was hoping I had just missed something.
You would be surprised at the number of games that put some of the most important visual information in colors that are problematic for a portion of the playerbase. I can hope DE takes colorblindness into account in a future update. :)
Yeah. Pretty much every game I've played has a color-blind mode. I guess thats why I assumed it was there. If anything, this is something you should get ahold of DE about, but make sure they aren't already working on it before you do so. Sorry I can't provide much help.
-
I went through the options, sure there was a color-blind mode thing, but found that there wasn't. The closest thing to it was Color correction, and thats not what you're looking for.
There really should be a color-blind mode for this game.

I hope we get to visit the destroyed Ostron village. That would be awesome. I also hope we get to see the blind girl from the comics in-game, but it's unlikely in my opinion.
I'll eat those Tokyo Ghouls for breakfast.

I just encountered something weird.
Go to your operators room, make sure the door closes, then walk backwards while keeping the camera on the chair and not looking at the door. You'll hear the door open, but you wont be able to go through.
Since this is based on what the camera is pointing at, I blame the man in the wall.

Many great partners (looks at profile pic) are informative and polite with good humour.
"Whats up you f*ckers" is actually part of the humor and YT persona.
Try applying that logic to the other guy, and see that it somehow doesn't work like said Irish man.
That's my basic 2 cents on the subject.

Better Solution: Grind Harder.
Should we have harder MR tests?

I like the idea you have going, but that'll need some flushing out. Perhaps the new system could have an actual story to it as well. Something like 'Whats the honorable thing to do here' with more characters involved than just the Lotus.
