make sure to put in a support ticket. And when they close it with a bs excuse and apology, reopen it with the note that the issue hasnt been addressed, and the 'duplicate inventory' line is an outright lie if trying to merge unrelated accounts.
They don't even have to allow duplicates in most of these cases. We're all okay with losing the duplicate account. We just dont want to be screwed over because we supported DE during the switch rollout. Their reasoning for disallowing it doesn't even apply. Thus the 'not addressed' claim I'm reopening my ticket under.
As did I. I resubmitted on account of the issue not being addressed, only skirted around. I recommend anyone else with the same problem do the same, until a legitimate response is given.
Same issue here. Ive got a support ticket in. I will be resubmitting it any time it's closed without the issue being addressed, and recommend everyone else do the same.
