Id love it if initial cast it just took a look at energy color for initial state. "recasting" the ability caused it to shift between dark and light - removing ability to toggle for helminth. I think most players are only using it for damage boost anyway. Evasion while it does help with damage it's not reliable damage mitigation. you can't give us 100% evasion and getting hit when the bullets are instant death without shield gating, or some other type of damage reduction/capping doesn't work out so well.

It still doesn't make much sense, most accounts that migrated 10 years ago to xbox and ps4 weren't sitting on massive inventories they were new accounts with a summer of play on them. The only accounts that I would expect to be an issue are Nintendo switch accounts and that was still how many years ago? the main concern is duplicating large amounts of items since they don't have a record of when or how each item was acquired. honestly I see no issue with letting these accounts merge and duplicating the items in a players inventory they are already duplicated its done it was done 5 or more years ago. If you merge/link your migrated account with a new account on the PC then same situation occurs large amounts of items that were duplicated exist in the same eco system. The reason why they don't want to allow it doesn't seem valid.

In the cross save information they explain that the way names will work is your username on your platform will remain that username anytime you log into that platform your username will display as the name you always have on that platform. if you psn name was tommy, your xbox name was tommy2tone, and your pc name is Quozo then when you log on psn your name will be tommy still but your gear and warframes and quest progression will all be to the same point as your primary account that they are all linked to. edit: so if you want to change your user name you have to change it on the platform you play on and thats a service PSN or Xbox have to provide if you want to change your name in warframe they have a service you can pay plat for idk how to change your name for switch

I know it wasn't much but Reb did mention what was up with cross save in the second Devshort they just started doing with her and Steve. the problem was what she said wasn't anything solid just that cross save is a major focus for them right now but they discovered that the existing hardware they had couldn't reliably handle the cross save migration. it was unstable. so right now they have code issues that are allowing a list of known bugs to happen that people have been reporting and they plan to address all of those before they release it again. On top of that unstable server issues are causing issues and they need to do some upgrades in that areas too. shes not specific about what they are doing and she's deliberately vague about what all needs to be done but it does sound like there is a lot of work before they are ready to start up cross save migration again. but they still expect it to be in January but unfortunately I wouldn't hold my breath. TLDR - it was mentioned in Devshort but there's no guaranteed day or progress to mention so they haven't said anything.

I don't know of a day has been announced but I wouldn't expect anything until the Jan 8th at the earliest

As great as this list is to have its getting pretty large it would be nice if it was broken up into 2 separate lists List 1. By items and list of drop sources List 2 .by drop sources Maybe even more lists by more sub categories but the 2 lists would help me manage loading the list on my phone

Its important to understand the difference between merging and linking accounts. and to use the correct term for what you have accomplished A merge is different from link in that if you have items in one account and merge the 2 inventories are added together so if you had a burston rifle one both accounts you now have 2 burston rifles when linking accounts you are setting it up so that when you log in to a linked account it will look at and use the primary accounts inventory and progression. you are essentially deleting the linked account and replacing it with the primary account all that really stays is the gamer tag and log in information. it was my understanding that you could only merge accounts 1 time meaning 2 accounts merge and the others have to be linked
