Would you mind explaining better about what you did and what happened. Giving DE understanding will help them so they can fix this.

I did get confused when I got this error message while trying to trade with a fellow Tenno. I always thought it was saying that we need to both enable cross save in the system settings. However that was not the case. I personally do not mind not being able to trade with people who have no activated the feature, however I can see how frustrating (because for me I just did not know what the message was talking about).
