FInally someone found what gave the muon battery, I need a bunch of those, had 2 and didnt know what gave them, thanks! Also the biz sells a specific bait for all the winder fish, it doesnt give a specific spot to farm though, I want to say the large lakes but unsure

Narrow spectrum bait (pond hotspots) Gives tink in cold weather, bricky in warm

Kriller bait is as said above, lakes in warm weather

Broad Spectrum bait gives eye-eye, scrubber, echo/mire/long winder

Havent gotten far enough for the other baits

Your welcome, And the part about the winder fish I think it was due to weather so ill check back when its at different weathers.

Update mirewinders and scrubbers can be found in cave pools. Will update soon.

I think Brickies spawn during warm time. I've never caught one during cold time.

Anyway thought I'd share this info. Some of the spellings might be wrong.

Scrubber: Found in caves. Gives Exa Brain.

Echowinder: Found in lakes at warm times. Gives Anoscopic Sensor.

Kriller: Found in lakes at warm times. Gives Thermal Laser.

Longwinder: Found in lakes at warn times. Gives Lathe something something (can't remember the exact name sorry).

Mirewinder: Found in caves as mentioned. Gives Parrarel Biode.

As far as I know none of the above require any bait.

Also, the rarity for the other fishes as it "feels" like. This might not be 100% correct.

Common: Brikie, Tink, Echowinder, Scrubber, Sapcaddy, Recaster

Uncommon: Kriller, Eye-Eye, Mirewinder

Rare: Longwinder, Tromyzon

You can see the current time/weather by holding down the map key (Default M). The cold time is ~22 minutes and the warm time is ~4 minutes as far as I know.

If you look at the map posted in the original post, 1 and 2 are considered lakes while other areas are considered ponds. Here are my personal favorite spots for fishing on the surface so far:
