This happen yesterday as well watched tactical potato. DE can this be fix soon my account is linked to my twitch account. Please let me know what I can do. I had the streams on for the entire weekend for 40+ hours. All failed drops. Also, this is not the correct section to post this kind of messages. I have never received any twitch drops besides the Ash prime and that was only because they distributed it differently. I have gone through the instructions support has given me three times with no results. The instructions: To ensure that your Warframe and Twitch accounts are properly linked, please check your Account Management page here https://www.warframe.com/user and make sure it shows the correct Twitch account username at the bottom, then check the Twitch connections page https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections and make sure Warframe is listed in the "OTHER CONNECTIONS" section. If you do not see the correct account there or any error appears on this page, please try the following: 1. Unlink your Twitch and Warframe accounts via https://www.warframe.com/twitch/unlink_action 2. Disconnect Warframe from Twitch via https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections 3. Reconnect your Twitch and Warframe account following the instructions on https://www.warframe.com/twitchprime If that doesn't work for you, then you don't get any drops. If you contact support, they will send you those instructions and if you let them know it didn't work, they will send you those instructions. Edit: Also, if you try to email DE directly using their web page (https://www.digitalextremes.com/contact) to complain about this issue or Warframe support, you will be ignored. I know my account is linked properly because I have received some in the past. Twitch drops are spotty at best. Maybe so, but the idea that apparently some people just aren't allowed to get drops. X1 user watching Twitch on the mobile app. It has been running since 4pm Friday, I had only received a total of 8 rewards until recently, I got the idea that we aren't getting credit for being a 'passive' watcher, IE just turning it to a stream and walking away. So I started participating in the comments and joining the discussion, low and behold I have started receiving my drops again every hour. Necromonky Posted November 13, 2018 Share Posted November 13, 2018 I've tried everything I can think of to resolve this issue on my end. I created an alt twitch and warframe account. 1. Linked Primary twitch account to ALT Warframe account, and it works fine, says Drops are enabled.Please Continue watching. 2. Linked Primary Warframe account to ALT twitch account. Both pages show as linked, but stream channel says Enable in-game Drops with (insert link to instructions on linking account) 3. Linked both ALT accounts and gave them to my son, and he's gotten 13 drops so far as the link works just fine. 4. Reconnected Primary Warframe account to Primary Twitch account . Both pages show as linked, but stream channel says Enable in-game Drops with (insert link to instructions on linking account) So the problem lies within my Primary Warframe account. DE please take a look at the accounts effected by this, we'd be grateful if you'd dig just a little deeper in to this than continuing to have us relink a dozen times until the event is over then tell us there isn't anything you can do for us because the event is over. Please and thank you! To answer general questions before they are asked: No I don't have multiple streams going at once. No I don't have the stream muted. I have the "share my activity" box checked and have tried relinking the accounts at least a dozen times, but nothing seems to work with my Primary Warframe account actually linking with my Primary or Alt Twitch account.
