Does anyone know about baiting bans?

Is there a report option that baiting new players into getting a ban would fall under? I'm just asking because i've been in in game region chat for like an hour now, and this one dude keeps on getting others to say and i quote "gay" in chat which is getting people banned, i feel like he should be reported for this action, but i also dont want DE to ban me because i report him in the wrong report option.

If people are stupid enough to do it, then they deserve it.  Also, if you reported him, then your mission is accomplished.

^this. a few milliseconds of common sense will save you a week's ban. then again, i'd also say avoiding Region Chat entirely is an even better measure to take; all I ever see there is stale memes and drivel.

The problem is they do it because newbies will always respond with what they say, cause they want platinum, and they see that they weren't banned for it, so they think, "oh i better jump for that stuff"

 There is no griefing option for reporting, only ; spam, offensive language, offensive name, harassment, and real-life threat

I'd be inclined to select harassment and include that it was the closest option to describe the situation. 

Personally, I'd call ban baiting harassment of the community.

Take a screenshot of the behavior and submit it to support. That behavior violates the in game chat's code of conduct and can result in a 7+ day ban for the user doing it.
