Unless you're confusing "remember password" with "forgotten password". They want THE GAME to remember the password so they don't have to type it everytime and can just click login. Many games already offer this. I've all different passwords for each of all kinds of my logins... It really adds some work to launch the game, and have to alt+tab out to launch my password app, find and copy it, and then switch back to the game for login...
