Riven system’s a bit dump currently

After various riven updates I think we should eventually start to say something that DE can’t or won’t dodge.

Honestly, don’t get me wrong, dispo changes are important! We need them, but we need a new system - “Love a weapon, buy a groll, use it and see how u lowkey hurt it” we had this on various weapons... as example Plasmor, it wasn’t op at any point of the game, but the nerf hammer hit hard. Why? Because it was used too often, we need a system in which other factors decide what’s getting nerfed. 
Tigris has a low % of being used nowadays but still doesn’t get a Buff.. why? Ur system amplifies that it should get a buff. 
DE, -Zoom/ips rivens are getting killed with every Dispo nerf u’re doing, that’s not a bad thing, but don’t randomly lower dispos because of “being used”, it actually hurts seeing that u kill ur own rivs because u use them, like who thought that could be a good idea?

Rivens are supposed to be about boosting a not-so-good, not-so-popular weapon that an individual still loves for their own reasons and that individual using it more often due to having a riven isn't going to make much difference given the total number of players.  The problem of a weapon becoming so widely used that it's disposition gets reduced only really comes about when it establishes a new meta that becomes widespread.  For example, a shotgun being able to use a Riven to get 100% Status with less mod slots used might see it get widely used by people who didn't love it before, the disposition gets reduced, it's now only giving 99% Status and the crowds will leave it but the people who loved it before it had a meta-Riven will still love it, because that wasn't their reason for loving it.

I'll give you a hint, look at catchmoon disposition murder followed by a nerf to itself, look at arca plasmor disposition murder followed by a nerf to itself, look at ignis dispo murder, look at fulmin ongoing dispo murder, look at ember nerf, old nova nerf, tonkor nerf, simulor nerf.

A weapon is overpowered and due for a nerf when it's capable of handling multiple enemies in a button press.

Tigris doesn't fill that spot, not by a longshot, in fact, someone using a tigris is slowing the team down.

The problem is that DE has an identity crisis regarding these things, take a look at akstiletto 0.5 disposition lol, they clearly know where they wanna go with nerfs; buffs? Not so much.

Tigris is a short range bow for all it's worth it, and bows were buffed.

Akstiletto, even if it's a hybrid auto that shouldn't go much further than 1.0 dispo like other auto weapons, is really not deserving of its current 0.5 one.
