An insanity-themed warframe. Similar to baruuks restraint mechanics, performing <insert action> decrease the warframes sanity and makes its abilities more unstable. You can balance between keeping the warframe sane where it has reliable but unremarkable abilities or... let it get crazy-for-cocoa puffs and gamble on whether it gets unlimited power or a debilitating vulnerability until it becomes sane again.

It could be 'cause the Joker and Harley Quinn movies are still in the back of my mind.

This, is Fenu, the Shadow Puppetteer:

The concept of this Warframe is shadow manipulation, it uses his Shadow not for hidding or sneaking, but for direct combat. This Shadow in particular takes physical shape, jutting from the ground impaling enemies. Fenu can also mold it to shape pools or swamps of a viscous nature trapping his enemies inside torturing them, or giving it an even more solid shape creating defensive barriers to protect himself or his allies if he deems them worthy of such honors. This Shadow that Fenu commands at will however, is another living creature, called Sevit, a parasite that lives within Fenu feeding on the Warframe's energies and providing protection in return, a true symbiotic relationship.

This Warframe is proud, arrogant and devious, using the shadow under him, Sevit, to do everything he desires, since Fenu himself doesn’t like to engage in direct action and even less so in combat. The name, Fenu, comes from the Haitian creole Fenwa which means darkness, so idealy his image and abilties should reflect those ancestral roots. His sounds seem like something that's clawing its way out of a sewer, scraping stone, dragging slime, hisses and drowned screams. Sevit also comes from the Haitian creole, in this case Sevite, meaning servant, and its appearence is amorphous since it's shaping itself beneath and around Fenu, however, it hints at a bestial nature, something primal, violent and relentless.

A little backstory:

Fenu is the manifestation of Ballas' hubris, desiring to design something in his own image and splendor, the process ends up becoming a twisted reflection of the Executor's deepest and most abhorrent traits, thus prompting him to lock the Warframe and basically throw away the key, because even in such desperate times, a darkness this deep, this... familiar, shouldn't come out into the light.

My idea is for a Scorpion/Antlion themed Warframe. She is based off of various arachnids and plays into an ambush/trapper style of gameplay.

The idea is that she utilizes a weaponized tail or appendage to inject enemies with lethal toxins of various types, and can create areas that inhibit enemy movement or entrap them for easy prey. She can conceal herself and ambush enemies for surprise attacks.

A combination of a stealth and CC frame, she would focus on trapping multiple enemies and then strike, injecting one enemy so that the rest may suffer the same fate.

And, hopefully, she makes horribly unsettling chittering noises while doing so

Make a Shiba Inu warframe, cute and fluffy. 

1st ability - Bark - substantially he barks really loud

2nd ability - extreme Bark - he barks so strong that even the other warframes die

3rd ability - Doge Mutation - he spends all of his energy to become the ultimate carnage machine DOGE

4th ability (only for strong people, it's really violent) - Wag Tail - he moves his tail so fast that the air pressure cuts everything in its path, sometimes he kills himself doing that but that's ok he still cute

I had an idea the other day about a Warframe of fate, based on the Moirai (the fates) from Greek Mythology. The Warframe manipulates fate to devastate enemies and provide a boon for allies. He/she would be spindly in appearance and use strands/string with a number of it's abilities.

A gambler frame with exalted throwing knives (cards) and abilities themed around dice, slots, blackjack, and roulette - the true RNG frame. Except the house is always rigged, so this frame can expend shields/armor/health/credits to get a more perfect draw/roll/what have you (create greater risk for a greater reward). They have a passive ability that lets them rake in more credits.

Had an idea for a warframe kinda like an antman type maybe get really small for one of his ability's,so small that motion sensors and cameras wouldn't pick him up.

Would be cool to have him turn into a million ants to bridge to whatever he needs to get to or cross big gaps when he arrives back to the frame the transforms i see in my head would look so cool in game,and you know ants are really strong for their size.

Seeing a group of enemy's covered in ants being ripped apart by them in seconds would look cool too.

It really wouldn't have to be an ant either It could be some other tiny super strong for it's size insect creature from who knows where.

What the frame would actually look like idk  but turning into a million ants and attacking would look so cool.

There is day and night in Cetus, and Equinox in Warframe. However, there is no Warframe related to the two temperatures in Fortuna.
A long time ago, Equinox's designers remembered day and night in reference to the earth. If so, what kind of Warframe would have been invented by any designer who referenced Venus?
It is a Warframe that has the characteristics of cold and warm, that is, water and fire.

RNGesus or [Still unsure about a name for it though] will be a warframe based on gambling particularly dice or cards. Cee-lo was the inspiration for the dice aspect to the warframe(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cee-lo ).

A beastmaster or werewolf (druid?) frame would be cool.  Their abilities could revolve around transforming into (or taking aspects of) powerful versions of different animals from around the universe, like kavats or cat type (stealthy), sawgaws or bird type (highly mobile), kubrodon or large dog type (durable and damage-focused) and finally a powerful dragon or bear archetype for the ultimate ability.

The name could be something like Kalku or Rakshasa.

Name of the Warframe is :: Alterus (All-Te[air]-Us)

Theme :: Inter-Change-Ability

Over the years Warframe has undergone MANY alterations, from breaking down the Melee system to changing the way Warframes move IE: getting rid of Stamina, to  even introducing not One but Two, Free Roaming Levels (Not counting free roam in space with your ship). We as a community have been through so much together and we have banned together with the Devs. to form and create an amazing game. I am proud to call myself a Tenno.

PHASE 1 :: Diversity

The theme I would like to submit for this Warframe is the ability to change its physical form as you level it up based on the abilities you choose from when the Warframe is first constructed (Foundry made) or bought (from the market). A screen will pop up after equipping the Warframe and it will prompt you to "CHOOSE" your first ability from a list of three ::

Disclaimer :: These next abilities are EXAMPLES and are not expected to be taken into consideration upon final design, they are for the physical appearance change examples based on selection of ability. All abilities change the Warframes physical appearance in and out of mission.

FIRST ABILITY SELECTION LIST
Offensive / Defensive

Spike Bolt :: Shoot a spike (or cluster of spikes) at your enemies. [When this ability is selected from the list small 3 inch spikes will protrude from the Warframes fore arms (on the outside) at a 15 - 30 degree angle away from the body]

Club Swing :: With the weight of your fore-arms you to swings wide hitting multiple enemies in front of you. [When selected this ability will change the fore arm size of the Warframe]

Weave :: Maneuver quickly through the battle field. "This ability combines a small % amount of damage reduction with a small % of movement speed increase" [When selected this ability either gives your warframe small plating on the calves of the warframe or a single fish fin looking wing directly on the back of each calf]

SECOND ABILITY :: UTILITY / HEALER ABILITIES? "3 options"

THIRD ABILITY :: AOE PASSIVE TO BENEFIT OTHER PLAYERS? "3 options"

ULT :: SELF EXPLANATORY "3 options"

PHASE 2 :: CHANGE OF HEART?

If a player does not like the path of abilities they have chosen for their warframe OR the physical appearance of alterations it brings, upon FORMAing the warframe the player will be prompted 2 options, {Would you like to change your abilities?} OR {Would you like to keep your abilities the same?} 

This Warframe would give players many different ways to enhance their game play and give many different combinations of abilities

In Conclusion Warframe has been down many different paths some wide spanning some intersecting and some going completely unexpected directions almost as if you are looking at a tree growing steadily and watching the many branches spread out across the sky or roots grow as the community grows, I would like my submission to be chosen because although it may be a extreme task for the countless people put on this project to undertake, it would be amazing to see the concept art and physical appearance changes this could bring as well as the diversity and harmony it may have on the player base figuring out all the different combinations and coming together in a mission understanding and using the warframe to their advantage.

A Warframe that is based on supernatural void sensory, that when playing has a 'void mode' where you can see things as they are seen radiating Void energy (kind of like thermal vision but life energy), and can spot/mark pickups more easily. Can focus it's sight on certain objects to either get their attention for distraction or can overload their minds with Void energy (perhaps multiple targets.)

Would absolutely love a support warframe with a more active supporting role, the current support frames feel like they just go about their way and helping your team is just a side effect.

Most warframe's themes can be summed up in one word, for a warframe focused on warframes, I was thinking...

THE WARFRAME WARFRAME (I think I have been overusing the word a bit)

Used in the orokin empire as a way to help in the construction of both other warframes, weapons and art, this warframe sports powerful buffs that can be given to allies.

 

As for a general idea of its abilities.

Its focus should be on a quiver like ability, linking to one ally at a time giving very powerful buffs, useful in different situations so it encourages switching buffs and ally targets.

While probably on the squishy end of the warframes, they should probably be difficult to kill so long as the ally you are linked to stays alive.

My suggestion is a Radiation 'frame themed around psychological horror, with the visual design mixing stellar imagery and various tricks to make the precise details difficult to make out yet highly present, such as darker energy colors in a "nebula" around some segments and high visual "noise" in the edges. A lot of "soft" CC in forcing enemy attention elsewhere, between a stealth mechanic of some description, Radiation procs, and offering area bonuses rather than direct damage increases. Shield-based defenses, and a mechanic that can make for an extremely durable build by abusing shield gating if able to generate a large amount of Radiation procs from weapons, possibly by "detonating" them to deal damage (for a similar anti-cluster damage property to Volt) and recharge shields.

Big kick to me would be having it get an Augment to deal Void damage on its abilities.
