Eduard135
If my Kuva lich spawns during a mission is there a way to get out/finish that mission without leveling up the kuva lich?

Marine027
You can ignore it also if the mission allows it and run past, they not run after you or port. Also without leveling, just do thralls and missiosn till you got your first murmur clue, try it or leave it, if all nodes done it levels automaticly, you unavoidable will at least level it to 3 or 4, if lucky it only gets to 2 or evne 1, had that onyl once to finish my lich in one go luckily. Your kuva lich will not lvl up or ranked up.

kyori
If what you mean is to have your Lich stay at level 1 forever, then it's impossible. It will auto level up once you complete all the nodes etc.
