Gotva Prime not being mailed to me in Game

Hey so, I did the tennocon twitch thing, my twitch and warframe accounts are already linked. I watched Tennocon for a half hour, and then I claimed Gotva Prime. It still hasn't appeared in my inventory in game however? Should I be worried? 

I'm mostly worried because both of my friends have gotten the gun already but I still don't have it...

I am in the same boat, claimed after the first 30 min of TennoCon and still haven't got it in game. And unfortunately as i mentioned in a previous post i did last night, several hours after the Zero alerts ended still no Kyndryn Gunblade Skin and no news on that front either.

Have you followed the instruction? it has some important steps in addition to unlinking and relinking twitch profile in Warframe profile settings.

I get the same issue but mine says connection required even though when I claimed I had twitch and warframe linked so like any other person here I have linked and I liked multiple times and still don’t get it and ends up with the same message “connection required” 

Quick Edit: Anyone know where I can complain because this has happened multiple times in the past

I did mate, i checked before, i followed the normal steps, i learned my lesson ever since Megan made the video a year or two ago and like the person who started the tread i got the progress and claimed the drop about 3 hours ago. But as i stated before, i think last year the same thing happened with the operator costume and 2 years ago it happened with the Gunblade , 3 years ago it was either a similar issue with Loki Prime or Hydroid Prime and the Athodai pistol, so i am pretty sure we will receive the proper drops in a couple of hours.

OH, so we should get Gunblade skin soon^tm. Good to know.

ps. just so some people may think Gotva don't get delivered, I got mine after login to the game.

I have neither the Gotva nor Gara prime despite claiming them and relinking my account before again the stream.
What's worse, the page which links accounts says "Could not find, check back later".

Claimed both, got Gotva Prime mailed, no Gara Prime after 2h~ of waiting.




And as someone pointed out, 5 weeks done, no Recall: Ten-Zero rewards either yet, although i'm not sure if they HAVE been delivered yet?

Checking my Warframe account the part about having my account linked looks the same, it's probably some kind of error on the Warframe site after it's crash at the start of the stream, same as you i had claimed both Gotva and Gara Prime and didn't get them in game , still awaiting for a fix from DE and the Kyndryn Gunblade Skin reward too :) I had hoped with the Umbra Forma alert being a Zero alert we would at least get the missing Gunblade skin but no luck there either.

You said you claimed them, but just to be clear is Twitch showing them as claimed items?  If so, you might need to change your in game location, logout and back in, or just wait a bit.  For me the message didn't show up until I moved my butt from the relay I was idling in, and then it did so immediately.  But I've had claimed twitch drops not show for a few hours regardless of what I did.

If they're not showing as claimed in Twitch you might have a bigger problem.

Hi  Tennos! If you're having troubles getting the drops, just refresh your account link and then log out and back in to your twitch account, did the trick for me instlantly. 😃

So I did this steps just now and not only I got the items of yesterday stream but all the ones that I thought I got from the previous ones. Might be worthy to repeat the process

It was giving me the twitch account could not find, check back later. I opened the warframe page on a different brower, and it let me connect there, and my drops now appear to be claimed.

I have the same issue which is making it difficult to unlink and relink my account like some individuals are suggesting. It is likely due to the high influx of people trying to get onto the website to link their account after tennocon. Certainly doesn't help that twitch is acting like my account was disconnected from warframe's account, but this could just be a part of the errors. Personally still waiting on both the gotva prime and gara prime to arrive but we will see. May be a issue to come back to later in the week.

 

Hopefully DE is aware of the issue and is working on it.

Well I relinked my Account twice now and followed the steps from the afformentioned Thread exactly twice and I didn't get the rewards.
I'm not in a rush to get them I just hope DE knows that something is going on and hopefully finds a fix soon, for the people who are realy waiting for the rewards.
