New Duviri Melees

I would like a duviri rapier: it’s been 5 years since the last rapier.

What other melees categories you think should be obtained in duviri?

I'm in for a new Rapier, I'm out for it being from duviri.

That would make me extremely happy.  But I don't see DE priming it when there are only two weapons in the class.

I didn't forget. But since they can't (as of yet) have advanced versions, I think it's understandable leaving them out for my purpose.  Same reason I didn't include Destreza Prime, which I assume is one of your four. 

Not that I would object if DE released Destreza Prime Prime. :P

We never did get a Zaw Glaive. Heck, we haven't had a new Zaw or Kitgun set in a while. A launcher Kitgun would be cool too. Oh maybe a heavy katana zaw, since I don't think those were an option when Zaws first came out.

wouldn;'t mind seeing a Grineer/Corpus Rapier personally. I think a grineer one would be a sort of post-apocalytic/industrial Cup-Hilt Rapier. maybe with a thin drill bit instead of a blade lol. Corpus Rapier would almost certainly be an energy blade but extremely narrow.

so would I, but preferably in a way that doesn't require farming a specific enemy type for a 0.02% drop chance. (and no, that's not an exaggeration)

they weren't. we got regular Nikana zaws in a later update, but nothing for Two-Handed Nikanas. dunno about Glaive Zaws, since Ostrons don't strike me as the kind of people who'd be able to use them. I also like the idea of Modular Bows, since Ostrons do actually use those apparently.
