Yes it has. Unless you claim all of a sudden patch notes lie. Since the last changes to survival mob spawns occured in 2015. The only change after that was to fix consistancy between early and late star chart.

Bro, it was not like that. I've been here since 2013. The mob spawn rates has been a gradual thing throughout the years. Honestly it actually correlates to the power creep of the game's life cycle and honestly player nuke abuse. From the Launcher/AOE weapon meta back to the old Press 4 to Win meta. People go crazy with a method, they head cannon some glitch, exploit or overturned item is the 'Correct' way to play, and it was totally intended by the devs *cough*DANTE*cough*. And despite these players incessance that balance isn't a thing they demand the game be balanced and structured around whatever meta they coalesced around. And I can bet @PublikDomain can attest to this, it's why almost every end of the year survey had a question on mob density and without fail people always tell the to pump it up cause everything's too easy. DE bears responsibility in the state of thing but also the player base cause they demanded for this clown world bs.

Who is talking about just Survival? The game as a whole has gotten significantly faster over time, and the spawn rates have had to increase over time to keep up. It's absurd that you would even think to claim otherwise.

No, the spawn rates havent increased. The spawn increases are purely level based, with starter planets having low kill requirements as opposed to the later ones. Regular progression all in all. You can see that with SP where Earth is still a low spawn planet for exterminate compared to Sedna, Eris or Pluto. Where have you imagined spawn rates increasing? And if so, when did that become a thing, in relation to what power addition? Did Sedna suddenly pop from 90 kills needed to 120 or something?

It is more likely due to tech improvements if you experienced it early on. And it is quite clear according to old patch notes that the highest spawn density came to a pass in 2015 with changes tied to survival that altered spawn behavior etc. Since then nothing has changed in that regard except in SP specifically. Exterminate for instance still fluctuates massively in kill requirement, so there is no strict connection to power.

Not to mention the idea of "powercreep" tied to density is uhm very unlikely, since just because power is added it doesnt change that players at the low end will also make use of that same content (like exterminate or survival or anything else). So upping it overtime "cos" isnt probable. And if you look at the latest addition i.e Lab Disruption, the density is rather low compared to star chart disruptions.

The levels were on the planets in vanilla. And the highest planets there have the same kill requirements and density as SP, and the same kill requirements and density as Z and now labs for the corresponding modes. So no, the spawns havent actually increased. Survival is the same as it was back then on normal, and SP is the same as a group of 4, no matter if you sit on an early planet or in the labs. So, it is tied to regular standard normal progression.

He went from A tier to C tier, not caliban level but he WILL be as forgotten as caliban

Probably not as badly, because his farm, although late in the story, is muuuch faster and less grindy.

They do one good thing and then do three or four bad things completely negating the good thing.

Dante’s in a better place now. Too much on launch, rebalanced and more reasonable now. Still whipping tale right good.

It wasn’t too much he was fine the same fine as all the other nuke frames who also still nuke and did it better that nobody complains about but the new shiny frame gets targeted yeah sure
