When will we have auto rolling fixed to something that doesn't annoy the hell out of me and plenty of other players? Or just removed completely/made optional/requiring a button press to activate.

 

While I understand you, try letting go of shift when you land.

Crazy movement eh? We can cling and move around ceilings i guess?

Will this include a rework of stealth attack, which will actually kill the target/enemy instead of just injuring it?

Stealthplay, sneaking around knocking enemies out with you blackjack, or cutting their throats/ strangling them muhaha. Yes, stealth needs some love.

Maybe a indicator of visibility? "remaining in darker areas keeps you hidden - harder to detect" And maybe with the inclusion of time-of-day this would be even cooler! I can totally imagine Grineer/Corpus search parties with their flashlights on coming to get us :)

Now I'm all exhited!

(night time on infested outpost could be scary though :D)

Oh thank you, glorious Devs!

More maps = more enemies, an event, and ferals!?(please!)

The only other things I hope to see are more Dojo stuff (Tenno-quarium?), another sentinel (please?), more enemy diversity in spawning (Make some enemies less rare), some fix-ups with the codex (Scanning a crawler 30 times? That's a tad excessive. If they were as common as they used to be though...)(More lore yes?), and Jetpacks (Those silly hellions have 'em, why not us?)

What she needs is a lifesteal sort of ability and i think she'd be a fine berserker

In all honesty, that should've been there from the start. She needs more agility (on par with Loki or quicker), and her ulti needs SLASHES, not PUNCHES. She has claws. I don't see why she's punching, and I especially don't understand the floating business. There's nothing about her that makes you wanna melee with her... and that's her main focus (apparently).

Oh yes, I agree. I forgot to mention her shield is absolutely horrific, despite how good her armor is.

If she had a life steal, I think that would help a lot. Yeah her shields are stupid low, but I find that her means of survivability can be different than the other frames. Again, I thought she was going to have a unique play style, but many (including myself) were let down.

 

This happened with Nekros as well. I really, really, really hope they're fixing Valkyr up as we speak. All the frames seem to do their job well, and their abilities are great; however, the execution on Valkyr is especially poor. I'm confident that DE knows what makes a berserker, I just don't know what happened between her concept ideas through to her actual release. It's almost as if DE lost inspiration somewhere down the road.

I mean, if you simply google berserk, you'd get: "(of a person or animal) out of control with anger or excitement; wild or frenzied." 

So? Where is that, exactly? She sure as hell looks/sounds the part, but she doesn't show it off.

Brief peek behind the curtain:

Welcome welcome PS4 players! Update 11 (+hotfixes) has been in cert for a week - we're pushing to get this live as soon as possible.

11.5 is looking to be quite substantial. Is that a new Warframe!? A limited chunk of the Jungle set will be rolling out with a cool new event wrapped around it! There are some cool change ups in the event like time-of-day and the use of Scanning to augment your missions.

As for me, I’ve been working on Network Optimization. Network bandwidth has been reduced 1/3rd outgoing host and less than half outgoing for a client. General improvement in smoothness as well. Very excited for this. Soon to wrap this, then I'm full speed on solving the Forma'd slot order problem that elemental combinations have created.

Ready for a mega-list of everything else that’s going on? There’s lots, get ready...

  • Weapons and weapon skins - some new firing modes for added diversity!
  • Multiple resource drone deployments, coming.
  • Optional clan-specified trading tax to bulk up your Vault!
  • Gas expands and so does the Gas City tileset - art improvements, more diversity.
  • I see progress on systemic invasions & battle pay - moving this from one-off to part of the game.
  • VOIP code has been smashed into better shape with less network utilization better quality and improved threading performance.
  • Lotus voice rolling out with rerecorded, matched levels using the new dynamic DSP (instead the baffling mix of old distorted & new clean style).
  • Vay Hek is being worked on - he is a propaganda machine - I think he'll be turning out hilarious and awesome. Complete and ambitious redo of him from visuals to gameplay.
  • I shaved my beard off by accident (trimming mishap).
  • Our new UI artist started, had a meeting and we all laughed/cried at our coder-art. We reviewed player feedback about UI problems. His first project is redo the HUD... no pressure.

 

Sorry to hear about the beard, but, I'm sure it was a worthy sacrifice to the gaming spirits.  Incidentally, YES!  SEND MORE GOOD STUFFS!

 

 

  • Design is still cracking away at the new damage model. We've rewritten our statistics gathering for weapons and will be chipping away at gross imbalances. Expect more changes to the resistances and immunities as we add diversity to the enemy types and take better advantage of the new damage model.

 

All I hear here is: NERF NERF NERF NERF .........................

 

 

  • The Nexus app has been rewritten and includes a mobile version of the Codex. The performance issues have been resolved and now we're anxious to hook this up to your account/live data.
  • A training section is being added to the Codex to help with new players learning all the wackiness that is Warframe. This will feature simple but cool visuals as well as rewards for going through them to encourage use.
  • Ability & Sentinel Mods have been removed from the store Mod packs and Transmutation. This helps with dilution considerably. For the time being enemies will still be dropping these.
  • I see the improved Melee system being worked on as well with a lot more animation diversity and control of your moves.
  • The audio team has recorded a ton more raw sounds for future weapons - George will post about this later I think. I think I saw pressure waves from the video of the session. Wow.
  • Crazy new movement mode for U12? Can't talk about this because it may be a bust.

RIP Steve's beard :'(

 

All I really want to know is when/if PS4 players will be able to migrate their accounts and then either rejoin or remain part of their original clan. I don't care when that takes place, but it needs confirmation! I'm sure I'm not the only player waiting to migrate to PS4 because of this...

To be fair I still would prefer a full server merger, so PS4 and PC can play as if a part of the same community. I know it'd be awsome, but stressful on their servers but still... It's been awhile since I've played a big popular mmo with any cross platform feature, the last was Everquest in the PS2 days...

Been there myself, just hope in not the same ways ((usually my dog would jump up and bump my elbow mid trim leaving a small bald spot)) ether way >.> now you've a Virgin Chin for the Live Stream, sugestion: Wear a Suit and look corprate for a good laugh, then mid stream change your shirt and remove the coat.
