Im going to guess that the reason they are all messed up is because they are straight up vegetarians and their bodies have all deteriorated because they havent gotten proper nutrition. Wait...you acknowledge seeing it while at the same time acting for proof to see it? Heh? Right because the Grineer empire spreads through the entire planet, right? Given that the Grineer control several Planet/Moons it's very like that they have a huge population. So what would be the reason to leave areas of the planet empty? You guys should look into Star Wars the Old Republic... with that one forest planet that had alien beast things that turn you into more alien beast things... I can't remember what it was called... but, some darth guy lead people there calling it a promised land and left them deep beneath the ground. Where they were slowly picked off. I can understand that everything has become overgrown, but there are no actual human ruins being covered by jungle from what I've seen with the screenshots... it is literally just jungle.
