(though I think I know which one you're referring to) Good or Evil? There's technically two. Yang or Cinder?
Gravefire
Which one? (though I think I know which one you're referring to) Good or Evil? There's technically two. Yang or Cinder? Cinder. Since we don't know (still don't know) about what she 'can' do. The whole 2 daggers/swords into a bow and using magic as a prior to this episodes kinda make you wonder what else she has up her sleeve.

Mirakid
I just noticed how much smoother the animation was compared to earlier episodes. Actually the animation of Cinder when Ruby sees her on the roof is worst I've seen.
FrostWolf
Actually the animation of Cinder when Ruby sees her on the roof is worst I've seen. GhostSwordsman
Yeah, it looks really bad and Cinder's mask vanishes a few times when fighting the guards Must have been one of the last things they animated before release, and the rest of the weeks work went into the dancing. MageMeat
Actually the animation of Cinder when Ruby sees her on the roof is worst I've seen. I forgot about that. Yeah, that was dreadful. However, I must say, as others have mentioned, the dancing was surprisingly smooth. Additionally, the (unfortunately rather brief) altercation between Ruby and Cinder was quite neat. Hortonman
Speaking of bad animation, take a look at volume 2, chapter 4 at around 5:53-6:01. Blake's ears get absorbed into her head, then her bow just suddenly emerges.

Morec0
You're not the only one but there are some clichés even in the socialising moments. Oh, not arguing there aren't at all - an certainly not trying to say that the social moments are better than the action - just saying that the writers NEED to break up action with character development episodes like this or else everything becomes too formulaic and the audience will start to lose interest. There's only so much you can get done by having everything be an action scene.

Seriously though, we've seen Blake, Yang and (some of) Ruby's backstory, now we need that background info about Weiss. Who's her sister? Why doesn't she want to talk to her Father? What happened in her past that makes her act the way she does?
Azawarau
Its kinda like K-on if the girls had guns and hunted monsters and actually had romantic developments All the type B you could ever want with just enough type A to draw in both audiences Am i the only one obsessed with Nora? Explosive hammer rocket launcher... At first i found her obnoxious and airheaded but she wont me over... Juane is even winning as the loveable loser

Funny, but she still scares me a bit O.o) And Juane is supposed to be the loveable loser, it's just his character's nature. (Though I'm glad he finally realized/understood that Pyrrha liked him, I was starting to think he was as dense as Ichika in IS)

I'm sure there is a joke about how dense they are but I'm sure they won't get it.

Morec0
RWBY Volume 2, World of Remnant 2: Kingdoms http://roosterteeth.com/archive/?id=9694&v=more I dunno, this one felt a little lacking compared to the other World of Remnant... I LOVE worldbuilding, so these are not at all a loss of an episode for me, but this one was so damn general compared to the one about Dust that it just doesn't hold my interest as much or even tell me anything about this REALLY interesting world. It's more of a setup for another episode as relations start to break down between the kingdoms - clearly what is being teased at being the big threat in some upcoming arc - which, really, could have been done with a lot more interesting dialogue in an actual episode - with a bit by Ozpin or Cinder or someone who knows this in the show, not this narrator voice.
