If you guys don't know, Monty Oum is one of the producers of RWBY and, to my knowledge, is the one who animates all those awesome fight scenes we see in the show. Without him, we wouldn't have the show that we came to love (or hate). I, and hopefully a small part of the warframe community, wish for a safe recovery. Ten days ago Monty suffered a severe allergic reaction during a simple medical procedure that left him in a coma. Although he fought bravely, his body was not able to recover. During his time in the hospital he was well cared for and never in pain at any time.Monty is survived by his wife Sheena, his father Mony, his brothers Woody, Sey, Chivy and Neat, and his sisters Thea and Theary, as well as a countless number of fans and friends. An agreement would have to be made, something like if people buy this weapon % goes to RT. However the weapon is still obtainable without purchase. Saraphys Posted February 11, 2015 Share Posted February 11, 2015 RWBY is like the Star Wars Original Trilogy...George Lucas came up with the characters and story, but it was Lawrence Kasdan, John Williams, and advice from Steven Spielberg that turned a mash of idea's, into a movie trilogy phenomenom....Likewise...Monty Oum created the world of RWBY, its characters, and its mythology, but it is people like Gray Haddock, Miles Luna, Kerry Shawcross, and Jeff Williams that turns RWBY from an idea to a reality. And lets not forget Burnie Burns and Matt Hullum. But its Miles and Kerry who have been in charge of the Directing and Writing on RWBY, with Monty's input. But Monty was someone who was working *everywhere* on the show.Basically, I doubt we'll see much change in the tone of RWBY as Miles, Kerry, and Gray will continue the series in a way true to Monty's vision....They may have to hire someone to do Monty's mocapping though...
