Still listening in on the other Tenno's frequency the Zephyr rolled her eyes at the Mag's threat and cockiness. After that little power display of hers she didn't doubt her ability to carry out those threats but damn did it sound bad. She shook it off though and took a look on her enemy radar. She noticed a lot of motion, and They all seemed to head towards the same place. The Zephyr started to crawl faster to see where they were heading. To her annoyance they seemed to be heading in her original direction.

Stopping over an air drum to take a look at the room below her through the grid, she lied down flat on her stomach and narrowed her eyes at what she saw. It appeared to be a Command Centre. And the Grineer was gathering in it. She grimaced a bit at her miscalculation. She made the assumption that the Grineer would actually be out there facing the enemy attacking their base but the one commanding this place must be of a different thinking breed. This made things more complicated. More challenging. And after a moment's thought on that she grinned. Challenges are always welcome.

She lied there observing for a bit. The room appeared to be of medium size and a closed space without windows with one of those huge chunks of block machinery the Grineer called computers. It was most likely the mainframe she had been looking for.

The Zephyr thought for a moment and got an idea. A very wonderful idea in her opinion. She looked at her scanner again, crawling away from the room and further out where she had spotted what seemed to be stragglers. She found one alone, ignorant of her presence. opening up the air grid and taking it to the side she then silently jumped and landed a bit away from the lancer. Sneaking up on him she stamped in the fold of his knee, causing him to almost fall on his knees and in said fall she grabbed a firm hold around his head and with a crack as she twisted his head, the neck was broken and the body fell limb in her arms.

Dragging it over to cover behind some crates the Zephyr began searching the body after grenades. She primmed her lips in annoyance as this one didn't seem to have any. Carefully looking up though she saw another chance at getting those grenades as two more lancers ran passed.

Pursuing them in a stealth mode the managed to surprise the closest one when she grabbed a hold of his forehead from behind and in a fast decisive movement used her free hand to slice his throat with one of her fang daggers.

The surprised sound and now gurgling noises the lancer made caused his comrade to look behind. His eyes widened at the scene of his comrade hitting the floor in a pool of his own blood. His previously stunned expression quickly turned into one of rage as he aimed his Grakata at her. But it was to no use. Before he was able to fire at her the Zephyr had already thrown her Fang dagger at him, impaling his throat and cutting off his jugular. As the shocked Grineed held up his hand to his throat as if trying to stop the bleeding, the Zephyr Tailwined towards him, tackling him to the floor in the process and used her other Fang to finish him off.

She became more optimistic when she had searched these bodies as she found 4 grenades in total, two on each lancer. The Zephyr dragged the bodies over to behind some barrels, and hopefully people would be too busy to actually take any closer look at some objects like that, before disappearing up the air drum from which she came, closing the grid as she did.

She then began making her way back to the Command Centre while thinking more about the details of her plan.

Stork shrugged off the Grineer's threats, not really considering them to have any real weight, especially with someone like Anastasia with her. Anastasia's retort, however, was another matter altogether. Yeah, I bet she kills anyone she wants when she's mad. That could be really, really bad to have that kind of power unbound to any loyalty but her own whims. Stork looked over the wall, down at Caldor, Anastasia, and Ismiri conversing. I should make use of it while I can, I suppose.

Stork checked her enemy radar, which indicated that the Grineer had holed up in the command room. "Perfect!" she smiled, then made a gesture indicating the others to follow her. "Hey, most or all of them have their backs to the wall in the command room, should be pretty quick and easy for us to knock out the Cicero Injector and get out!" With that, Stork decided to lead the way, hopping down the other side of the wall, into the Grineer base.

Theyos had placed a tight lock-down on the base, the entrances, the exits and even booby trapped the corridor to the Command Centre with all kinds of traps.

She was still barking orders and giving an inspirational speech to her fellow soldiers in her native tongue, angry, loud, brash and filled with racial slurs against the Tenno. Truly a Grineer to inspire too.

Jawol continued his path through the jungle, eventually making his way to the clearing that his evacuation was to meet him. Burning down through the atmosphere the ship fired it's descent thrusters slowing it's approach, still well within view of any type of radar. The ship neared the ground, the shielding flared and crackled before popping from the excessive burn, a small platform lowered from the center of the ship towards the ground.

Jawol took a running start and leap onto the platform, 'Objective completed extraction reached, initiating take-off procedure.' As the platform withdrew into the ship Jawol laid down and began removing the official from himself injecting several nerve dampeners into him to prevent any risk of escape, tampering, or chances of tracking where they were headed.

"Jawol my dear, please scan our guest for a tracking chip." Jawol nodded moving to his station in the ship locking his legs in and pulling the connecting hoses down onto several ports that opened on his body connecting himself directly to the ship. He then began using the ship's systems to scan for foreign electronics, though they wouldn't be as accurate as a more specialized ship system they should detect any moderate internal implants.

Jawol's scans reveal two things in the Councillor. One is a Grineer Tracker connected to his spinal cord. The other was a Suicide pill connected to the inner molar of the councillor's degrading teeth.

This pill was lined with a powerful poison strong enough to kill Lich Krell and the G3 in one go.

While the Grineer commander held her little speech, the Zephyr had returned to her previous little lookout place in the ventilation system above the room. She ignored most of what the Commander said as it was in Grineer. She snapped up a few words here and there and they sounded just like any other Grineer propaganda to her, so she didn't pay them much mind. What interested her more was the grenades she had managed to acquire. She weighed them in her hand, estimating the explosive effect they might have. One or two should be enough to put them out fighting condition, but to be sure she'd kill them all then she'd like to use them all. Overkill perhaps but none the less effective. The question was however, would she be able to pull the safety and throw all grenades before the first one exploded?

Another question was also, what would the explosion do to the mainframe? It wasn't like it was her mission to get hold of any Intel it's just good to have and it might be worth some money. But then again, she couldn't just leave these Grineers running about. And she guessed there was always a small chance of salvage at least something from the huge bulk of a computer even if the screens and such did get scattered it was still likely for the core itself to be somewhat intact within all the metal layers.

The urge to till off those Grineer eventually won the fight over her opportunistic collector streak and so she opened the gridded hatch in the ceiling. Picking up the Grenades and ripping the safeties of one by one and tossing them down into the room below the Zephyr only managed to pick up the forth one before her own mental countdown told her "time's up". She threw herself away from the hatch so that her feet was closest to it and her head was facing away from it. In that movement the grenades went off one by one with only a second between them. The explosive forces in the closed room created such shockwaves that the Zephyr almost thought that hear eardrums was going to brake. The entire ventilation system shook under and around her and she felt shrapnel and debris from the room bounce at the ventilation ceiling and down on her shields.

The screams had died off. And so the Zephyr looked at her now fluttering enemy-radar, her HUD didn't seem to like being so close to explosions, but seeing as the radar showed no vital signs of the Grineer she quickly got back up on her knees again and crawled over to the hatch.

The Zephyr poked her head out and down the hatch opening to take a look at the mayhem she'd caused. With a satisfied smirk she made a flip down and landed on her feet at the now blood drenched floor. 'No man left standing' she thought, looking around the room to admire her handiwork. The Zephyr then brushed off some skin and flesh pieces of Grineed that had managed to get on her shoulder before calmly and making her way over to see what she could salvage from the mainframe.

The Explosion echoed thought the corridors. It caused the Grineer forces to turn either into Mush or were groaning in pain from blood loss.

But one Grineer survived, her armour managed to absorb the impact as well as one of the Councilor's personal guard's being near her. but already she felt a shard of Grenade Shrapnel deep in her stomach. It wouldn't be long for her but she won't go without a fight.

Silently removing the corpse on her, she grabbed her Jat Kittag Warhammer and slowly crept up upon the Tenno Zephyr and raised her Hammer in one effort to turn this Dog into the one she'll take to the afterlife, giving off a rage filled warcry!

Her Enemy-Radar flickered again. And this time it showed one red spot right next to her. Now getting alert again she had just enough time to hear and in the corner of her eye see what looked like the Commander from earlier and a huge hammer being swung towards her. She reflexively jumped sideways away from it, her light Oxium based warframe carried her away so that she could land on top of a pile of corpses.

Infuriated that her Radar seemed to be malfunctioning and hadn't showed her this threat before, she glared at the Gunner and shouted "How in the Void are you still alive!?" The Zephyr moved into an almost predator like position as she shouted. With her frame it made her resemble a giant bird of prey ready to strike down on its target.

The Commander's hammer slammed right into the beaten up console, Kera's broken mask revealed her orange eye and fang like teeth. She removed the hammer from the console and shouted at the Tenno with fury and rage within her bosom.

"I AM COMMANDER KERA DE THEYOS AND I AM TAKING YOU TO HELL WITH ME TENNO DOG!" she shouted. clearly ignoring the shard of shrapnel embedded into her side like a spear as she rushed at the Tenno with the Jat Kittag's jet's blazing and in full throttle!

This may be a good time to think something up for the Zephyr!

Ismiri looked at Caldor and Anastasia. She felt a little hesitant to go under someone else's command, especially if it was someone she did not personally know. She knew Anastasia from simple beginnings at the Hounds and Rats. There wasn't really time for any introduction during this mission, besides a shake of hands. The only exception was Caldor, since he was a "newborn" of sorts. This thought toyed around with her.

"I don't really know Stork well enough. The only descriptor given to me was that she was a Lotus operative. She is experienced in the field however; being able to quickly shoot and move from place to place. She seems like a dedicated individual, dedicated in her craft, but there is something else about her... something underlying. Something held back."

The Banshee repressed the thought and looked up. Stork had already made it inside the Grineer base, with Ana following suit. Caldor seemed to follow them as well. She sighed.

"Well, I suppose I should get a move-on. I shouldn't keep the group back. We've already came this far. Let's end this." She said quietly to herself. She hoisted herself over the wall, and dropped down. Keeping her Braton near her chest, Ismiri was ready for the next course of action.

"So, what's the game plan?"

"One second, guys," Inside the base, Stork quickly made her way to a door on the inside of the wall, and ran a quick cipher to open it. "Right over here!" She waved to them, and dropped a waypoint to indicate the entrance's location. Once she was sure the others knew where the entrance was, she stepped back inside, and readied her Latron. Anastasia, you're behind him, then Ismiri, and I'll take rear guard."

Our team fortunately won't have to go past the command centre to get to their objective. Directions in Grineer and with some help with translators seemed to say the Toxin Injector is in the west of the base. But there's a strange symbol that can't seem to be deciphered correctly.

Unfortunately for them, There's a level 3 Lockdown with extra features to keep Tenno out. Including heavier bolts on the doors and heavy Encryption.

This may be a good time to think something up for the Zephyr!

The Zephyr threw herself to the side as the giant hammer came swinging towards her again. The room was too small for her to have a ranged fight with that hammer constantly swinging about. She'd never be able to keep a save enough distance between herself and that thing. So there was only one solution, getting in close.

As she rolled up in a crouching position, keeping a firm stare at the commander all the time, she saw something to her advantage. A huge wound which could be made worse.

Before the Grineer could lift her heavy weapon again, the Zephyr charged at her with the added force of a tailwind and grabbed around her in what almost looked like a hug as she tackled her. Still holding around the gunner's ribcage the Zephyr quickly took her free hand to grab a hold of the shrapnel in the Commander's side and with all her physical strength began pushing it deeper into the Grineer's body.

Kera was heavy and sturdy, but she wasn't immune to the feeling of pain and the symptoms of blood loss. she growled and proceeded to attempt and strike the Zephyr's shoulder with an elbow strike!

The Zephyr hissed in pain as the Gunners elbow struck down on her shoulder with such force that it got dislocated. The intense pain going down her arm prevented her from jabbing in the shrapnel any further but managed to pull it out of her with some great effort before her hand dropped it since the arm couldn't take the weight anymore in its current state.

Not wasting anytime on waiting for the Grineer to strike again, the Zephyr clenched her teeth as she prepared for what was to come. Her grip with her good arm around the Gunner tightened as she inched the injured shoulder away from the Grineer only to in one forceful move slam it into the Gunners own body and with a snap of the shoulder and a pained cry from the Zephyr it was relocated.

She then retaliated by jabbing her fist into the wound itself, now keeping a better eye on the Commander's actions.

Unfortunately for Kera the force of being slammed ends up with her smacking her back into one of wall, causing her to loose more blood and the symptoms were starting to show.

Dizziness, confusion, paling skin and nausea, she grabbed her hammer and made an attempt to swing her hammer at the Tenno and turn it's skull into a bloody mess, releasing a battle cry as she did so.

Ismiri could hear the explosion from inside the bunker, albeit she was a little behind the group to notice its full effects. She shook a little within her Warframe. Besides the slight tremble, she moved forward, observing the heavily locked room. A sign with crude Grineer print labeled where the location of the Toxin Injectors are. Ismiri had conversed with few Grineer during the Gradivus dilemma, as they were fascinated about the Tenno themselves.

She was able to pick-up the Grineer language fairly quickly, given some instructions. Her tongue was a little rusty deciphering said words, as she quietly mumbled them to herself.

"From what I can make from this, is that the Toxin injector is west of here." Ismiri said with a mixture of sure and unsure thought. "Other then that, there are a few bits that I don't know."

Looking for the west-side of the room, she saw a metal door, of typical Grineer architecture. Well, orange signified lock-down. She figured as much.

"Well, quarantining themselves with us, is just as worse as letting us come in." The Banshee said softly.

She created a sonar wave onto the door. It wasn't a typical sliding door; this thing had massive dead-bolts, locking the door tightly in place. The console itself, looked harmless enough. However knowing the massive security precautions, she knew that it will take more than simple puzzle-solving and algorithm arrangement.

"Well, the doors are sealed in tight. The console will probably have more established security code, than a typical Grineer could program... so... What should we do?" Ismiri questioned. "Actually, a better question is: how are we going to proceed?"

"I have an idea." said Anastasia, examining the door before pulling her Fang Prime Dagger out and examining the cables near the door. "I'll cut the power to the door, once the power's gone, the dead bolts can be moved magnetically by me to unlock the door. Given the size of it, I think I would need Caldor's help in opening it while I assist him as much as I can with my magnetic abilities. What do you guys think?"

"That explosion came from the command center, you don't suppose that thing we saw run out of here left a gift for the Grineer do you? Should we investigate?" Caldor said as he took point.

"I don't know, either way, if we're passing through that zone, it's better if we did this carefully." said Anastasia, her bow at the ready.

Stork looked the door up and down, and failed to recall any by-the-book procedures for this situation. "I guess... do whatever you think will work. I'm no expert in demolitions."

"Alright, stand clear of the wires, it could get hairy. Oh and watch our backs while we work." said Anastasia, plunging her dagger through the casing and ripping it apart to reveal the wires inside the cabling. Severing all the wires in the cable, she proceeded to repeat the process for all the cables connected to the door before testing whether or not she could move the dead bolt magnetically.

Caldor put a hand against the door, then lightly tapped it to get sort of an idea of how thick it was. "Hmmmmm... Normally I could just bust the door down, this one is a bit thick but nothing I can't handle. I'm all for your suggestion however, It'd be rather problematic if any Grineer still might be about and hear all the noise I would make. Whenever you're ready I'll pull it open."
