No one could practically make some these shots first try. Also, some of the ones that people are less impressed by (like maybe the William Tell apple shot) i wouldn't be surprised if they made it on the first try (as they do seem to be pretty good, and that is a reasonable shot.) Obviously many of these trick shots took a ton of time to pull off (like cutting the rope) and if anyone puts that much time into something, odds are they really care about it (and as a result are pretty good at it.)
