Agreed, the point of the void trader is to add incentive to farming prime parts. I farmed the past two weeks so I could afford some cool new gear, if DE doesn't give us that, then the void trader isn't fulfilling its purpose. I personally feel like there should be a "new items" section and a "legacy items section" with at least 3 items in the new section every week, and more in the legacy section (to compensate for a growing amount of past choices). Edit: Most veteran players are here for the new stuff, every time DE doesn't provide that, we get short-changed. We KNEW we were going to get rotation sooner or later, and there are people that still need the old stuff. Get over yourself. Instead of acting this way, why not empathise with these players a little bit. It isn't their fault they are getting upset that their gamble on the mystery game of "what will void trader bring next" didn't pay off and now they are bust and spent all their valuable time farming up chips for use at the casino and there's no dealer in sight hosting the games they want to play. TL:DR - Players being let down is natural when you create a system based on luck and chance. If DE don't want to aggravate their players, simply release a schedule of up-coming Trader rotations so players can make better informed decisions in advance. There is no legitimate reason that comes to mind as to why it benefits DE or the Players to continue keeping the rotation schedule a mystery. It just means a huge PR mess each time groups of players are let down that their gamble didn't pay off and it also means that players are working over-time doing tasks they do not enjoy in prep just in case this time is the time. A schedule is a dignified and honest way to treat players with this situation and will avoid the hostility completely. Some players enjoy rolling the dice, I personally don't enjoy the art of gambling so often in a game. So I'm quite happy that his rotation "wrapped around" this early and I don't have to wait a few months longer. I will however complain about overpriced and useless stuff (primed pistol ammo mutation and a weapon that is really only fit for mastery fodder). If DE doesn't want to give out good offerings, that's fine. I just won't be playing Warframe as much, as I don't have anything to farm. Quality > Quantity If we want to put dresses and capes on our playable characters it will be in Sims. DE needs to understand that not every player has 20 million creds to play with. All cosmetic items form him should cost 50-150 ducks and 50,000-150,000 creds. Asking for more is just insult and robbery. Unless the item actually has some sort of effect while wearing it. Like extra armor or health, that would be cool. We need to throw it somewhere. And I mean, you're buying it from a guy who likes to sell Prime items at ridiculously high prices. Sounds a lot like real life, yeah? It'd be best if they included at least one new primed mod with each visit. I don't mind if they rotate in old mods but there are so many hundreds of mods that haven't been primed yet, and two weeks is a long time to wait. So the people such as myself who have looked forward to what delectable cookie Baro Ti'Keer was going to sell have been left a little disappointed. Simple solution as someone pointed out would be for DE to tell us whats in each rotation, or at least tell us whether or not we should hype up for new stuff. LOL Well actually they could if they released a public schedule of what was comign up next in advance. t would also work well if the trader offered everything he previously sold plus new stuff so that those that do miss out get what they missed and new players can get the new items and no-one is left falling through the gaps. or.. Better still, let that guy darvo or whatever sell it at a higher price constantly and the void trader sells it on the cheap when he rocks up every 2 weeks.
