You don't understand what Random means at all. If there are 100 balls in a bag. One ball is green; if you pull it out of the bag you win a free chicken dinner. The other 99 are blue, and get you nothing besides blue balls. After each pull they replace the ball. Whatever ball comes out of that bag is still being randomly chosen. You have an equal chance to get any one ball. However, you only have a 1:99 shot at winning that dinner. Weighted results do NOT stop the selection from being random.
