All 4 of his skill are useful in some way or another. - charge deals a small amount of damage but is also an effective ragdoll move. - Ironskin provides a small damage buffer and makes user immune to proc effects - Roar increases damage which is always good - Stomp is a good CC skill. He also has a decent health and shield pool. And if you have arcane vanguard, you're essentially as fast as loki. With ironskin soon to be scaleable, he's going to be pretty powerful. That grants CC immunity to boot? Yes please. Before you have a reasonable mod base, nothing comes close to the survivability that Rhino offers. And this is discounting the other skills in his kit. The reason many people like rhino is because once you get him with Iron skin farming all other warframes won't be as diffucult as trying to fight lech kril with a volt or someone else. PS rhino prime has 275 base armour. All his abilities are helpful. With the new buff coming out soon though, his abilities will change. Rhino Charge will work like landslide and rip line with the recast mechanic. Iron skins health will now work similarly with snow globe with a short invulnerability period to convert incoming damage to health (OP!) Rhino charge will deal additional damage to enemies affected by stomp. Rhino's passive will give him heavy impact by default. All tentative for now.
