aerosoul1337
It is very noticeable from Sorties. "I see you." "Another dead tenno." "You're making this too easy!" Compare to his previous quotes here http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Captain_Vor/Quotes, Now his voice is deeper but I like the old one more. :
JamesRinzler
I knew I wasn't the only one who notices this. It seemed that his voice is changed after a few updates ago
Varacal
most of the time that this happens in videogames is when they add new voice lines to an existing character, like when they added new lines for renekton, its similar, but you can hear the difference, its safe to assume this is the case here
LightningsVengance
I'd assume it's so newer players can understand what Vor is saying, like, what the grineer are saying doesn't really matter (unless it's Clem cause... Clem Clem!) but what Vor says actually somewhat matters, sure you have subtitles but for the sake of new players it's easier and move convenient. AEP8FlyBoy
I'm not really sure why they changed it, since I did like his original tone a bit more. Must be an overall change they made to the Grineer's VO work in general, as the Queens will likely receive this same treatment when we hear of them in-game. taiiat
if the lines were quite old before that, then it's probably going from traditionally modulated voice lines to the only the fly modulation that Warframe has been using for quite some time. aerosoul1337
But corrupted version seems not changed. When you fight him in the void.
Lanadra
Lol, this reminds me of the changes to Lotus's voice. You can hardly imagine the Lotus being as she is now when the old voice work was still in use, Lotus didn't sound mechanical at all back then, sounded very human with actual tone and personality to her lines, not that I find the current voice work bad, but it was very notably different. Corrupted version is most definitely changed. He went from sounding somewhat threatening to sounding like a smoker.

Kotsender_Quasimir
yeah, noticed this, too a while back... his voice is definitely different in the void as well. tbqh to me the new act doesn't sound quite as convincing though that might be due to force of habit. anyway i don't quite get the reason, maybe new dialogue is planned for him but they couldn't get the old voice actor to do it?
