That, and being forced to compete against people you're 'helping' = Not A Great Co-Op Experience.

The PvP format the Index is based on made more sense since you could, yaknow, attack the people trying to also get points. It just doesn't work as a fun PvE format.

the EHP of the Enemies isn't even as lame as the Level Scaling applying to more annoying aspects of the Enemies. such as some of their AoE attacks being barely (or not at all) Telegraphed, and in Endurance quickly dealing thousands of Damage.

that's much more annoying.
attacks that are cheating in the first place, and then given enough Damage to Kill anyone (that isn't making themselves nigh invulnerable) instantly without warning.

Because the information design in this game is an every day deeper swamp, aoe explosions becoming lethal and still almost impossible to predict is another of the points of that iceberg, i dont know if they dont understand or dont care, some days ago i got a post removed by showing another case of usability and gameplay factors being devoured by the lack of general laws for information ahead of visual effects
