Fire and ice relic drop locations?

Anyone know what relics we are going to need and where they drop? Frost,  ember,  and weapons?

Or you can look in your codex and check which relics has them and where you can go to farm for them since it tells you what is where.

Or you can look and see he is on console and does not have that information. Consoles need an update to add relics to the codex not just a hot fix my love

Why is the console codex entry different?  For example, Axi E1 is listed as a drop on Kala-Azar on Eris in my codex, but not in the one shown above.

Codex entries are less than reliable right now, presumably related to the "oh no, you won't actually get rewards" bug. PC currently has a dud ???? entry across the board in the derelict, for instance, and one vaulted relic is shown as available.

http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Void_Relic/DropLocationsByRelic has been updated with the current PC codex entries - console should be the same. Don't rely on the rotation data.
