How exactly MR and number of stats affect Rivens ?

I start this topic because there is not any information about it on the wikia.
On rivens, percentages on each stats are affected by  Riven disposition, but I also want to know :

• Does Mastery rank affect the stats of a Rivens ?
• Does number of positive stats decrease the precentages they each can up to ?
• Does negative stats increase the precentages of positive stats ?

No. Higher mastery rank only allows you to use more rivens. If you're MR 9, there's a pretty low chance you'll get a riven you can actually use, whereas a MR 16 player will have a lot more available to them.

If the MR requirement on a riven mod is 9 on a lex weapon (just an example).

Now you get another riven mod that has a MR requirement of 15 for the same weapon.

Does that MR requirement affect the rolls on those mods?

Ive re-rolled my Boltor mod 5 times, and i keep flopping back and forth between the same 2 sets of stats. %ammo max and % multi for the first, and %heat, %damage to grineer, and -%status. is this just bad RNG or are those literally the only 2 stat sets and im wasting my time

RNG totally. I rolled some mods 30-60 times to get to the point I wanted and in some cases I just quit and bought the right riven.
