I know we have Color Palettes but what about Mesh Palettes?

And it would make another because textures don't like to be stretched over curves without showing off deformations which is why the PBR process takes a bit.

Actually, AFAIK, the thing that makes the PBR is how the textures react to light (in the game engine). Making something look either metallic or plastic is more of a technical challenge then an artistic one. They don't need to change the texture, just how the texture reacts to the environment in game.

How is this for an idea:

Let us craft our armor from the materials we farm. I got a crapload of rubedo that really wants to be Frost armor.. (in the same vein as rubedo-rhino) Different materials can produce differing effects.
