(PSN)Akuma_Asura_
Mesh Palettes to like change the textures of weapons and frames . Like leather, metallic, cloth etc. like I wouldn't mind a leather Karak or Valkyr. But yeah thoughts ? Edit I'd easily pay cash for different meshes Edited March 30, 2017 by (PS4)Akuma_Asura_
F4LL3NR0GUE
now that i think of it, it would actually look pretty damn good.
aligatorno
That would be interesting, but really hard to implement. They would have to implement dynamic normal , ao, specular, bump etc maps for every single item individually. Actually, AFAIK, the thing that makes the PBR is how the textures react to light (in the game engine). Making something look either metallic or plastic is more of a technical challenge then an artistic one. They don't need to change the texture, just how the texture reacts to the environment in game. here's the scoop: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Physically_based_rendering
arch111
So a material-switcher, a color-switcher, and a texture switcher. That would explode fashionframe.

Tenjenno
"Animated" texture pallets similar (not the same but along the lines of) to the Rubedo armor. There's an idea.
AandOE
I'd like to see more of the Void skins, myself. (i.e. the animated greenish ones from Booben, the syandana, and the few weapons)

How is this for an idea: Let us craft our armor from the materials we farm. I got a crapload of rubedo that really wants to be Frost armor.. (in the same vein as rubedo-rhino) Different materials can produce differing effects.
