What are the best secondarys in 2017 so far?

I've just reached ranked 10 and have found my favourite primary and melee, but just can't seem to find a good secondary.. there's a lot of people asking questions like this but from like a year ago, so I ask what are the best secondaries of early 2017?

Kulstar. That is if you know how to handle it. ( i have been using it since 2 years now)

With 27k blast, 23k corrosive, 8k magnetic and 4k viral. nothing stands in its way, not even the stalker (one shot)

No straight answer in my opinion. 

Nova + Euphona Prime (Crazy AOE damage)

Loki + Rakta ballistica (Silence energy back)

Banshee + Akstiletto Prime (Mow down)

well once u get azima i suggest u mod it with viral, radiation and mag capacity and use alt fire to create mini chaos field :P

normal fire is a valid choice even at lvl 100

Sustained DPS - Akstiletto Prime. High crit paired with high status and rate of fire mean that it shreds even level 145 enemies with ease (granted, you'll need a couple formas to fit in all the mods). More effective than most Primary weapons out there. 

CC - Sonicor. Ragdolls everything like no tomorrow and has more than decent, if unpredictable damage.

Best are Euphona Prime (100% corrosive status build not crit build), Akstilleto Prime (status + crit hybrid build), sonicor.
