Go to your operators room, make sure the door closes, then walk backwards while keeping the camera on the chair and not looking at the door. You'll hear the door open, but you wont be able to go through. Since this is based on what the camera is pointing at, I blame the man in the wall. I'd like to see how an encounter with him and man in the wall goes. Or stuck in walls, floors or the ceiling, taunting you endlessly if you don't have a weapon that can puncture the walls of the tile set.
