Currently We only have 1 "gun fighter" frame DE. Can we change that soon?

Th other "gun" archetype in the pop mainstream/social consciosness is the kill-shot long range sniper that remains invisible but can find and kill YOU from any distance.

Powers:

-cloaked stationary position.

-ranged-damage-speed buffs/expose enemy weakness.

-see through/enemy location for entire squad/shoot through obstacles.

-exalted killshot

AND it instantly makes snipers more relevant.

Rhino = time to a degree.

Harrow is gun related but not a copy of Mesa if that’s what you seek.

A Rifleman/ Sniper frame that has passive to reload and shoot every rifles faster.

Passive ability +25% fire rate & reload speed on rifles

1) Mad minute - +125, 250, 375, 500% Fire Rate & Reload Speed on rifles for duration of 15,30,45,60 seconds.

 


A Vectis might fire like this.



2) Armor Piercing - Weapon attacks grant shield negation and armor bypass (+ 25,50,75,100% shield ignore/ armor reduction) 
for team mate within affinity range for 5, 10, 15, 20 seconds. 

 



3) Dead Aim - reveal enemies behind wall, cover, and highlight targets for 10,20,30,40 seconds
+ 5 , 10, 15, 20 meter punch through on all rifle weapons, - 20,40,60,80% recoil

4) Ammo belt - restores team mate within affinity range, 25, 50, 75, 100% of ammunition reserve
infinite ammo for 10, 20, 30, 40 seconds.

Though maybe let the gun fighter buff increase crit chance and status chance for team within affinity range
when sounding the bagpipe as a skill.

Motivation - when music is sounding +50,100,150,200% crit chance & status chance on pistols and rifles for 30, 60,90,120 seconds.
+20,40,60,80% moving speed.

That will cast something like octavia, that is kind of a humanoid playing the bagpipe and following the gun fighter
while he/ she can use weapon attack during the skill's active buff.
 

 

 

Think this might have suggestions for design on the new frame.

I'd still like to see another super defense frame with an armored turret deployment flavor. Maybe up to 4 turrets (which had damage scale with your primary mods, of course), placeable on floors and walls as a #1. The 4 Could be a 'bunker down' with a damage resist and exalted minigun at cost of reduced movement speed. 2 could be a deployable shield buff similar to gara's glass shards which would offer an X% damage resist and regen, and could be cast on party members as well. 3 could be a 'turret translocate' ability, causing a blast knockback on crosshairs and the first turret you placed to relocate to that point.

Hmm. I might actually work on this more for a fan concept, because while it would LARGELY be a defensive role, the regen shield buff would give some mobile options, good for escorts, and the minigun deploy, if as quick a shift as mesa's peacemaker could be tapped on the fly to clear rooms. Turrets dropped and shuffled on the fly would provide CC, distractions and additional damage.

Hmm. Just imagine someone running with a radiation/viral build on their turrets, or a corrosive/blast. That might actually be a little overpowered...
