Acquisition of Moonless Kavat skin

Ok so I know it's purchased from the pet person in Cetus but I went there yesterday and the skin was not available so either it's from a different vendor I don't know about or it's on some sort of rotation system for when it's available. So my question is does anybody know when it will be available or if there's a way to predict the rotation etc? And if it is from a different vendor entirely where do I need to look? Thanks in advance.

It is the pet guy, so you were at the right place. It’s just on a rotation of some sort. Course I have no idea how the rotation for that works, tbh I think it just randomizes every day or something.

Cheers mate well at least I'm in the right spot :) I'll just keep checking it on day and night rotations then. I suppose it would make game sense to be available at night only but I read somewhere it's on a 12 hour availability when it does appear, which is more in line with the bounty rotations.

All the Cetus vendors (unlike the bounties) are on a daily rotation, so it'll change at 8pm Eastern US time each day. He doesn't have that many different items on sale, so it should come up in a day or two.
