Well said. I bet the Twitch drop process involves a fair amount of IT and programming (presumably a Twitch database is queried for details of viewers and their login/logout times, the list of qualifying accounts exported to a DE system which then updates the DE database holding accounts information and then firing a message to the appropriate in-game mailboxes) and all it would take is a glitch in the Twitch systems at the 'front' of the process to throw a spanner in the works.

Yeah I didn't get mine either. But the update announcement says they'll work on a fix for Monday so fingers crossed!

So, I'm not going to attack DE, I saw first hand how the servers exploded yesterday but, does anyone know anything about the free Ash? I still don't have it and I'd like to know if anyone knows how long for it.

I can't really tell you what to do, or not to do, but I'm planning to sit tight for the moment. I work as a senior developer in data, so my intuition is that a system has glitched and needs time to be untangled. It would be good if someone in the know would brief us on what the problem actually is and a likely resolution time, however...

I know that they are fighting fires and well I am also aware about the drops but digital steam is not the first time I take the drops and more than that I do not give them please just ask that this time I really get it I'm NekoEzzio

Guys i know alot of you are upset that you still dont have Ash Prime. Even i haven't recived her yet. We just have to wait. You dont have to panic, you will get the Ash Prime. You can start panicing if you dont get it in 2 weeks.

and mine is completely blank... as I said, I have NEVER had any notifications and still got all my drops(until this time), including all those exilus adapters when they first started.
